They must be stacked with Surge/Expertise/Willpower. I plan on going this GLass Cannon style as well.

Does anyone else find that literally Every use of Thrash one of the swings Crits? I think throughout my entire journey so far(lvl 36 atm) at least one of the two swings crits with each use of Thrash.

There will be NO gear with a Resilience stat.

If you think the shock damage is nasty from that... you should see the shock damage from a full Deception/Madness assassin That spec can also acquire the potential second shock per shock thrown out there... on top of boosting it's damage AND critical damage by rather extreme amounts. Then it turns into something... kind of like this

Just think of it as Activation on Circumstance

Honestly it procs often enough whether you put one point or three in it. with 3 points its proccing nearly every ability used.

Well my primary testing purpose will be the build i posted. I know the others are great but i really want ti see how this one compares. Its essentially trading a small amount of survivability for more dps and energy regen.
