  1. Since I've started doing the Operations I've only encountered a couple of bugs that caused my group some pain, but we just reset the instance and the bugs stopped. Soa bugged during our last attempts on him by not dropping to the ground on P3 and P2 and he just sat up there. We all exited the instance reset it and went back in and he was killed right after that with no bugs. Instead of complaining about all the bugs try listing which ones you've encountered because most are just a reset thing.
  2. It's a common problem on lower computers, especially if its the 16 man version of Kragga. You'll notice that it can happen on any fight when you see black boxes instead of debuffs/buffs on the boss and you at the beginning of the fight. Happens on most fights for me. One example is not being able to see the ground spots on Soa during P1 and then during the transition drop down he starts his RP speech. And I can say that tanking Kragga w/o being able to see fire is a giant pain in the ***

  4. Having done him on Nightmare 16 multiple times. The orbs spawn anywhere from South to East. Haven't seen any spawning West or North. S, SE, and E are you best bets for finding them
  5. I have noticed that in the first 30 seconds of a fight is the hardest to maintain threat. However most of the time it is just the Off Tank trying to maintain second on threat (In fights that need an OT). Or it is just a Melee DPS blowing through his heat or resources too quick to do as much dmg as possibl in that time that they pull more threat than can be generated. Ops fights that I've had threat issues on: (Mind you mostly Rakata geared now) Annihilation Droid XRR-3 (Up until the first knockback) Gharj (Once and while a dps pulls, but mostly he is very controlled) Soa (P1 only and that is because he is mostly Immune for the first couple of secs) Jarg & Sorno (Occasionally in the first pull a dps can pull threat, but that is rare) Foreman Crusher (If he knocks me back and at the beginning of the pull) Kargga (Sometimes a dps will pull) Also a side note that every time I say a dps pulls, it is the same freaking one. He is the only person in my ops who does it.
  6. I believe that they had them in beta, but took them out because they were causing issues if anyone can confirm this. Though it wouldn't surprise me to see that option come up in a later patch
  7. It's always fun when a piece drops that no one needs or a class isn't there for. RNG loot is what makes you do it again. If you all got what you want then you just don't do that boss anymore. I barely run Flashpoints because I'm fully geared atm.
  8. 1. 50's can play all the current PvP Warzones. It seems to me that either you are on a very low populations server or no one is queueing for PvP. (Bugged queue is also possible.) 2. As in the first comment I made. Low PvP population or you are just picked an off time from when all the players are there killing. 3. Yes you are 100% correct on this. Flashpoints and Operations are for players who want to fight larger enemies (i.e. Dragons, Rancors, Beasts, etc.) as a group. You need certain commendations for certain gear. Some are easier to get then others. 4. Hard Flashpoints will only reward PvE commendations. Every boss will drop a Tionese Crystal while the end of Flashpoint boss will drop a token and a commendation that comes with the Flashpoint quest. This only happens in the Hard Flashpoints. On normal you will get the lvl gear associated with the Flashpoint's lvl. (Empire Player speaking but here are what tokens drop on the Empire side Hard Flashpoints) Black Talon- Bracer token Boarding Party- Gloves Foundry- Boots Directive 7- Pants False Emperor- Chest Battle of Ilum- Offhand Siege of Kaon- Helmet x2 (One off the bonus boss as well) Hope this helps!
  9. gear and stats on the other players are higher than yours most likely and at low lvls the Knight/Warrior do not have the talents or skills to close on the ranged players. Most MMOs try to focus class balancing the end game players instead of the lower ranked class balancing
  10. Umm... so who spends time sorting out the loot rules for the Flashpoints? It is Need/Greed. Ninjas happen because those ppl are ******es. 10-20 minutes to get everyone to the instance... You are all on the Fleet if you are spamming General. All the Flashpoints (minus 2) are on the Fleet somewhere. And my favorite "Spend 5 minutes in queue" I just lol'd so hard at this. DPS= 30 min plus queue. Healers= 6 minute plus queue waiting on the Tank which gets instant queue. So your whole point there is gone. The LFG Finder is unneeded and it hurts the game with unnecessary coding for the lazy players w/o friends or a guild.
  11. I'm assuming you mean the Ops and not the Flashpoints in the post. From what I've seen (killed all but Bonethrasher and Soa on Heroic after 2 days of raiding) the bosses get much more involved in the Heroic. XR starts hitting harder and has a soft enrage from 8%. Gharj was buggy when we did him, but he hit much harder and we had less time to switch platforms Pylons where a more complex rotation that if not done correctly would wipe you Council was just the same with more health Bonethrasher attempts were hell. He got a new ability all together on Heroic.
  12. No fight at lvl 50 is overtuned or impossible anymore. Only a couple of fights are still bugged i.e. Foundry's last boss RP immune bug. Bulwark is now fixed and has a very tight enrage timer. OT- The last boss is tuned correctly just spread out, keep melee spread out from the tank and nuke one boss at a time while the tank keeps threat on them all w/o hitting the shielded Commando. Kill the medic first. 1 because he heals and 2 he hits the hardest until the shield is down. Then the security chief to drop the shield. Just taunt him off each time he runs away. Once the shield is down the fight is just group heals as the Commando doesn't deal more than 300 dmg to the tank w/ Full Auto. Killed him even with the full group down from 20% to 0 while he was enraged because of how lame his dmg is on the tank at the end.

  14. First and foremost, I like the game so feel free to disregard but: 1. Ability lag Yeah pretty annoying, especially on a tank. Pulling w/o threat gen is hard. 2. Free roaming quests that dont limit you to a starter planet. Unfortunately the game is very linear on the questing, but tbh it follows a basic storyline that most other MMOs and games in general lack. 3. More warzones and PVE raids Coming on Tuesday is an expanded raid and a new FP. BW has announced in the future (This month or early next month) to add another WZ and Ops.) 4. A crafting system that produces gear and weapons equal to end game items. Why is this bad? Crafting gear should benefit you somehow or else *** is the point in crafting gear. 5. Pvp brackets instead of mosh pit BW is adding a lvl 50 only bracket. The main reason it didn't launch with brackets were for quicker queue times.
