  2. /tripple facepalm at this thread It has been my pleasure & delight to raid & talk with Dhaima on teamspeak this past year but you do realise shes probably a 300lb Gorrila with massive armpit hair. Do you love her, or her avatar?
  3. Are there not guides online? Or maybe youtube? Well at anyrate have 1 tank aggro the melee wardens and kill them last. Keepers can't really be aggro'd per say but if you assign interrupters they wont pose a threat. Typically you keep teams of 2 interrupters in rotation on each keeper while the rest of the dps focuses on the main target. It's their random cast which kills. Try not to fight them together in a clustered group due to aoe dmg on melee, using ranged dps to cast interrupts works best. Depends on ops setup.
  4. Some good work Malissant however a small observation. Noticed your Kragga NM kill picture was with 8 people. Are these guides for 8 man modes? Beacause there are some key differences for certain fights when stepping up from what is relativly easier 8 man content to 16. (i.e. EV 16m NM Pylons needing a 3 man rotation because of lockout debuff etc) For 16m NM. Missile strike hits for 10k+ where his rear fire only hits for 4k+ Alot safer for the raid and easier for the tank to move the boss if hes facing the wall. Missile strike is like a 180 degree frontal strike. Melee dps can still attack from sides safely.

  6. Personally Scoundrel's have better single target healing, ie great for the tanks. Being a main tank in 16man nightmare mode encounters its alot easier for the Scoundrels to keep me alive than it is the Sages. I wouldn't do an OP without either class, mixture of the AoE sage and Single heal scoundrel is the key to success.

  8. How exactly are we keeping track of who kills what and when? I play as the main tank for Coral an EU Republic Guild on Freedon Nadd and this evening (26th Jan 2012) we took down Soa(EV) on Nightmare with 16 people. So is this a server first? A faction first? Are we second? Impossible to know. Fara.
  9. Considering how I just got my Rakata weapon today (Black-Blue crystal is awesome on a staffsabre), this thread is relavent to my interests! Pretty please fix in 1.1.1
  10. Heroic Flashpoints & Ops are still quasi-bugged. Some shared info I've discovered to date. (1) Just finished Heroic Taral V, where the final boss dropped only lvl30 loot (2) Then, second boss in Eternity Vault, Gharj has a nasty bug where, if you wipe and then reenter the instance the boss will at random instant kill (from miles away) each member of the ops team at random. Leaving the group, the instance, and running in the republic fleet cantine its no avail. He still kills you, one shot style. Game is still new, but support tickets were ignored and 100k repair costs because a boss wants to kill you outside the instance sucks. (3) Not sure if this counts but, first boss of Heroic Essels is insanely hard, compared to other flashpoints. Enrages on my team at 50%. Yet we have no trouble elsewhere when it comes to bosses and enrage timers. Despite all the problems, it's still highly enjoyable. Fara, Jedi Shadow, Tome of Freedon Nadd
