I can't drop several quests (17) and it's truly impeding my progress in picking up PvP and dungeon quests.

So why make a system where you can level up arbitrarily before you know what it does...seems like a bad move.

What do they do, I see no functionality and I'm confused.

The experience bar says "You can get into a rested state by loging out in a cantina" or something to that effect. I gain rested by logging out, not loging out. I reported this bug in beta and I'm sad to see it's still there in such an otherwise high quality MMO.

Anyone else getting a not loading page?
