Confirmed, The Wingmaw was the last item I needed to complete all of the Tython achievements, and I got it on Balmorra. Go figure.

I'm forced to respectfully disagree, and heartily encourage you to watch a movie titled 'Return of the Jedi'. Toward the end of the film you'll witness a space battle surrounding the forest moon of Endor; during which you'll see a Super Star Destroyer, critically damaged by a fighter, colliding with a space station that had until recently been targeting and destroying capital ships in the middle of a colossal firefight; in space.
