In fairness Empire has uncool characters, story and ability delay too. The story in this game isn't good at all, people are just "wowed" by the fact there are pretty cutscenes. It's quite funny.

WoW is harder in every single competitive capacity than SWTOR will ever be.

The UI is beautiful. The graphics are good, and better than SWTORs probably just because it's far more vibrant, colourful and immersive.
