  1. My workout is pretty simple. It involves doing partner drills with Sith Warriors where I run full tilt while carrying a ten kilo assault cannon and they try to follow me while tangled in an electronet. Does wonders for the cardio.
  2. I for one, need my Commando to be body type 3 in order to justify in my mind how he's able to lug around a small artillery piece.
  3. It's a choice. I can either run away or stand and fight. And since Hold the Line also makes you immune to physics, nothing can stop your casting other than a hard stun.
  4. How about this? Cut the cooldown on elelctronet in half, and add immunity to interrupts to Hold the Line. That ought to make Commandos more competitive in pvp.
  5. Commandos are too underpowered to have a nemesis.
  6. OP, so long as you don't play a Merc or Commando, then yes.
  7. I feel that I should point out that new quests that reward components may become available as the event progresses.
  8. There are not intended genders, and in regards to races, some are more 'lore consistent' than others. Obviously, humans work fine for any class lore wise. Chiss Jedi Knights and Miraluka snipers, less so.
  9. How about instead a player has to win 10 or so "highly decorated" medals. So in order to get the weekly reward, the player would have to have to have played at least 10 games where they won eight or more medals. That would encourage participation, I think.
  10. How very pedantic. Stuns take control away from the player for longer than death does. Death may take you out of the action longer, but you're back in control of your character the moment you hit the respawn button. And I'm not talking about removing all CCs, just stuns. Roots, knockbacks, pulls and slows are fine, since the affected player can still do something. If you're stunned and your CC break in on cooldown, then you're SOL. Finally, how incapacitating spells in old school RPGS work do not apply to online PVP.
  11. I view PVP stunning as fundamentally bad gameplay. You're basically allowing one player to pause another player's game, interrupting their experience. I would personally prefer it if Bioware did away with the entire resolve system and just changed player stuns so that they do not work on other players at all. Once that crutch is taken away, then Bioware can focus on actually balancing the classes.
  12. More utility and survivablityfor Commandos, Mercs. Removal of PVP stunning.
  13. Because some people, like myself, are attached to our commandos. They're strong in PVE as well, so leveling them is easy. There's also a hope that Commandos/ Mercs will get a buff in the not to distant future that will make them competitive in PVP.
  14. Leveling my latest alt with a non-stop supply of major experience boost, I found that I could more or less just do the class and main planetary quest lines to keep my character leveled, along with the odd flashpoint.
  15. Well, I'll be very disappointed if 1.7 pops on the PTS and there are no improvements made to Commandos/Mercs.
