  1. Two come to mind. The first being: a 'Cosmetic Weapon' slot. As a character that uses a sniper rifle, an assault cannon, or even a regular rifle, you can look pretty bloody dope. You can have on the best armor, the shiniest weapons, the coolest cosmetics, and when it gets down to executing someone, you... Pull out an old, bog-standard piece of **** blaster pistol and shoot them. Um, excuse me, I have a rifle with a freaking laser sight on it! A cosmetic slot would be very, very nice to just let us use some other pistol than that piece of **** default thing we're forced to use. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice! The second one: Voice modules. I love the modified voice on certain masks. It sounds ridiculously awesome. You also can't get it unless you're level 40+ and a tank. Level 50+ if you're light/medium armor. Or level 1 if you have a cartel market cybernetic upgrade and want to look absolutely hideous. None of those options are ideal. Not in the least because by the time you get the damn helmet, you've done everything already. So, add a 'voice modulator' slot to any closed-face helmet. Put up a pack for 200 cartel coins that had voice modulators in it. Rake in the money. Alternatively, add in the ability for artificer to create voice modulators to replace the crystal trade that the Cartel Store absolutely murdered.
  2. This happens to me every single goddamn match. I literally can't use proton torpedoes because of this. I can have a scout at 7-9000 metres, keep them dead centre of the firing circle, and get NOTHING. The lock will drop half way through for no reason at all. I followed a scout for a good twenty seconds while it was dogfighting. I lost lock at LEAST five or six times on the little ***** of a thing, without it leaving my range OR firing circle. And then there are times when I get a solid lock, release the button, and nothing happens.
  3. Thank you very much. I honestly had no idea there was a difference between 'pushback' and 'knockback'. They mean the exact same thing, from an etymological point of view.
  4. Someone please explain this BS to me. I'm level 35, sith assassin. Tank spec. I have the 'Harnessed darkness' skill active. It says, quite specifically, that it makes force lightning uninterruptible and immune to pushback. It does neither. Just like the 'immune to' whatever effects you get for being behind real cover as an agent don't work at all. Everything can still pluck you out of cover. Are the tool tips wrong? Do these effects even mean anything? Or are we just being BS'd when they say they make us immune to anything? My force lightning was interrupted twice during the middle of its ticking by a droid using a radial knockback effect, WHILE harnessed darknesswas in effect. So why are the tooltips telling me I'm immune to something when I'm quite obviously not?
  5. And that's why I'm pissed off and confused. I didn't think it was possible for a strike fighter to two-shot another strike fighter. And there were no missiles involved at all. But who knows? Maybe there was a gunship hovering just in range and shot me while he was firing. He was definitely using heavy lasers/something of that ilk. They were coming from the tips of his wings. Large beams. Slow firing.
  6. Two LASER shots? I've played a lot of matches of starfighter and it's closer to twenty shots to destroy a strike fighter. Next time I play a match against him, I'll just have to record it.
  7. There was no other ships in the vicinity, I'm quite certain he didn't have the power upgrade, and he didn't lock on missiles during that time frame. It was literally just two shots, head-on, into my cockpit that instantly blew me up. They were heavy lasers. One beam from each wing. about three-quarters of a second between each shot. They were also black with a blue glow. He was a strike fighter. I've been trying to figure out how he can consistently two-shot our ships and I'm still not seeing it. Not unless the damage boosts were spawning literally in front of him. He was near our spawn, away from the all of upgrades. And he didn't leave to get any, either. Can crit hits do that much damage? Even with every possible power upgrade added to it?
  8. I went into a match, on my new republic character. I'm using an unmodified strike fighter. Everything is regular. There was an imperial pilot in a deathmatch that was consistently two-shotting me. I'm not talking about missile/missile combos. I'm talking about head-on dog-fight, he hit me with exactly two shots from his laser cannons and destroyed my ship instantly. Is this even possible in Starfighter? Obviously, he ended the game with 18 kills. Nothing about this feels legit to me.
