  1. Yeah I suggested the same thing a while ago, didn't seem to hold much interest.
  2. Well idk, valor/valour seems to be already useless enough as it is.
  3. Wrong, pvers are just as liable to faction imbalance qq. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=643065 Now sure you can call this a bug but the fact that project and mortar valley were not firing off as quickly was not intended either.
  4. Well if it was Cartel Market gear they would fix it in a jiffy....oh wait, no even then somehow bioware would figure people are "attached" to it in its current form and they still wouldn't fix it.
  5. I'd say it depends on if you want to have the option to tank or not. If you do, then go Guardian, if you don't, then Sent would be great for you as it is a pure dps class. Also consider the animations/mechanics of their specs. Look up the talent trees for both, while they are subject to change over time it still gives you an idea of what they are about. And lastly the best thing to do is look up some gameplay on youtube or twitch or something and see if you like what you see. Also some major points to consider, do you prefer a single saber or 2 sabers? Would you like the utility of taunts or group buffs? Compare the unique abilities, Force camo, god mode (sorta) for 4 seconds, and double saber throw of sent vs. leap to friendly, saber reflect, and Enure (Boost max health for certain amount of time). Oh and I almost forgot, as what is preferred for endgame? Well tanks are almost always hard to come by, so if you like the idea of near instant queues, tanking is a good option to have. For pvp In huttball both classes have their uses. Sent has its group wide speed buff, Guardians have Guardian Leap (Friendly leap). For the other wzs a Sent is still a good option with It's burst potential, and Guardians aren't too shabby either. Plus Guardians have taunts which can be very useful if you actually use them (You'd be amazed how many people that have taunts never use them in wzs). For pve dps obviously the sent does outplay the guardian, but if played right the Guardian is still more than viable, so really base it off personal preference and not just numbers. Thank you for reading my 2 cents, peace.
  6. Maybe prior to the dye system I could have lived with it being another set, but at this point I think releasing another set just to change the color would be wrong. And really yeah Kotor is a 10 year old game, but honestly the set looks better in Kotor than in Swtor. And the set is not just a "nod" to the Kotor sith trooper armor, It's basically a really bad copy. It's not "updated" it's just missing features. It looks incomplete and deserves better attention to detail. If your going to come out with special "lore" sets that can't be dyed, they better damn well match their appearance in lore.
  7. Yeah that's exactly the point I was trying to make. I can understand not wanting pink revan's robes or something, but when variants actually do exist in the games, then they should be made available.
  8. Would appreciate some feedback, maybe you would prefer if they just made a separate set for the red version. I would not like to have to buy another set, but I suppose that's possible as well. Reading the devs post on the Revan's chestpiece bug thread is disheartening though, it looks like they may never fix the Triumvirate helm at all. Even if it is completely wrong, people may be "attach ted" to the look. Anyone who actually appreciates the set has most likely played at least one of the kotor games, and can tell the difference. Also, has anyone noticed rocket boost appears to be bugged for this set? Flames come out of my back and not my boots, and it's not a jetpack armor piece so it looks wrong.
  9. Hello there. I would like to request that the set be able to be dyed to this http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sith_trooper?file=SithCommando.jpg If they could just restrict it to where only red dye could be used on the set, I would be fine with that. No need for pink Sith troopers. I do however think we should be able to look like the sith commandos/heavy troopers that wear a red variant of the armor. Thank you. P.S. I support fixing the helm to make it look the way it is supposed to...http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20071216094804/starwars/images/4/45/SithTroopDiscuss.jpg
  10. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=6198507#edit6198507 Yup. Corey Butler confirmed we are getting some stuff in 2.1. Unique Dyes according to dulfy http://dulfy.net/2013/04/26/swtor-armor-dyes-and-appearance-designer-kiosk-details/
  11. Oh god yes. Several times I have tried to help people learn from their mistakes, and they give that same "I do what I want" response.
  12. Have the same problem on my operative, not sure exactly what causes it but it does involve the "roll". Not sure if it was because I was knock backed/stunned during roll or what, probably though.
  13. Yeah I wish they could make the sith trooper armor look more like it did in kotor 1. Much "shinier" indeed. http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20070313005535/starwars/images/1/14/SithTroopers.jpg Also, it would be nice if they added the red version you can see in this screenshot here as well.
