Its the best storyline based game out there. Happy 9th anniversary and I hope you find a way to surprise us on 10th. Maybe by announcing a new expansion, a remaster with a modern graphics engine or even a SWTOR, who knows.

Yesterday played fine, today got the bug and followed the advice for the launcher.exe compatibility and it worked, on Windows 7 64bit

For me it goes in the loading screen(that shows tau, malgus etc) before showing the characters list sometimes and stays endlessly there till I keep the process or close the window. It seems to happen less often if I turn my avast antivirus inactive for 10 mins before trying to log, so my guess is they dont interact too well together

Here is what happened: This was my first char and I didnt know which companions would return normally so initially I got them back through the Terminal in Odessen alliance base. In Rusk's case it resulted to have 2 of them, one named Sergeant Rusk and another (the returned version) named Provost Marshal Rusk and I can summon any of the two as if a different companion which isnt optimal but ok. This however creates a visual bug in the ship as both versions of Rusk stand on same spot one almost on top of the other which looks kind of ugly. I took a screen to illustrate the problem. Notice I still have sergeant rusk despite the returned version is provost and notice to my right both Provost and Sergeant stand on top of each other: https://imgur.com/9BGHK3v One solution could be to be able to send someone we returned from terminal back to the terminal

As the title says the stronghold decoration versions of both Kira Carsen and Lord Scourge do not link on their recently(with Onslaught) returned version but instead show them with underwear and holographic because they are linked to the old class story versions. I took a screen below to illustrate the problem as you see on this Jedi Guardian, Kira has returned and its on my companions list, I dont have her summoned so she shouldnt had been holo however she appears as holo with basic underwear: https://imgur.com/fcUNw3y

When you first login having equipped the blade they seem to work well and seaths are on your back. There are some clipping issues with most outfits but the seaths in specific are fine, however when you start combat the seaths disappear after using a few skills and despite many think they disappear, they dont. They actually follow you on the floor behind and almost attached to your feet(which is why many think they disappear, cause they arent so visible there on rough terrains). Seems like sometimes in many efforts it gets in(today 8 efforts) and others at most stops in initial loading screen(before server/char selection) and stops responding till I kill the process(windows 7). The fact it sometimes work makes me wonder if their account servers are just lagging

For me after hitting play, it loads the window and stays in the loading screen as if loading forever and never getting to character selection. Yesterday played fine though, but today no luck. I run the game on win 7 if it matters

They are more likely to go to a more traditional mmorpg that offers more freedom, example ESO rather than a looter-shooter mmo. Personally if this update comes probably I will still play SWTOR but by far less as secondary game. For 4+ months now I played it as primary game
