They do bring back the embargoed packs every now & then, you just have to keep your eyes open for them. As for whats in the packs say there are 40 different things in a pack you get a random 6 of them.

I've only ever gotten credit boxes from them.

You can buy packs from the CM for cc's that have crystals in them. (Random chance)

I've brought the things i want with them & now i just collect them.

I have 98. Been wondering what to spend them on.
