I agree completely that pvp gear of the same grade is better than pve gear in wz. However, by taking one step back, the pvp geared people may not have the BM gears to start with. It's still far superior than running around with recruit gears. On the other hands, if pvpers do not have the columni/rakata set, I don't think they should wear tionese over BM in HM OPS. Bottom line is that there is not the all-purpose set in the game. They are all situational.
