  1. For some reason I have the old launcher and can't get it to fix and update. It is more an annoyance than a problem because I can still log into the game. Only issue is I don't get the news feed after signing in, and just have a picture of HK while it updates. Is this normal now or did something go wonky for me?
  2. Thank you for the info. I have outleveled most of the things I am fighting on this play thru so I haven't needed to activate the Heroic Moment yet and I was worried I was not going to have that atk cause I had not mapped it yet.
  3. I have beaten the Jedi Knight story but I cannot find the Force Sweep attack that I says will be available to all characters for completing on my Sith Warrior. Did that Legacy perk get taken out or do you have to get to a certain lvl to unlock it?
  4. I think my personal favorite so far would be from HK-51 "Your already dead, just lie down!" There are some fights I get into on Oricon soloing on some of my not as well geared characters that the boost of confidence from HK is something I wish I shared
  5. We haven't seen the Grey Secant in forever! Don't get me wrong, we have the Bounty Week every month and we don't want to feel like the Rakghouls are spreading too quickly; but the event weeks really break up the day to day stuff. I am sad to say the BH event is so common it feels like it should just be left on all the time as a permanent Daily/Weekly mission set. Where are the Gree though? Combat and Tactics are always changing so their interest on combat research should be conducted more than every 6 months or so. I know this sounds like a rant, I really don't want it to come across that way, but without at least 2 other special events to rotate out we should probably see the Gree enclave somewhat more regularly.
  6. I understand that the first 3 operations are intended for lvl 50-54, and they have been out for awhile before Makeb and the cap increase. That being said there are a lot of players who may have not been able to or been very willing to do these ops at the lvl 50 mark. I know a big worry about giving everyone access to these is that you are 5 lvls over the recommended for the mission, but when you can access it at 54 I don't see why you should be locked out at 55. I myself have not been able to do them because I don't have a lot of chances to play and wanted to get better armor before getting into a section where i could let teammates down. Now that I am in a better position to actually be a helpful squadmate in these ops and finally see the stories that are happening, I find I am locked out and will need to be on a new character to see the origins of these stories. I am not asking for a new (HARD) Kragga's Palace or anything, just the ability to use Groupfinder to join others within 5 lvls of myself and be able to complete all content available. Especially when if you use your XP boosters and are a member you can sometimes reach very close to if not all the way to 55 before you even finish you main story. Just throwing it out there, though others may disagree with me on this.
  7. Are both available on both sides and where? Or are they only each available one one respective side each?
  8. Do we need to Download RotHC first from the main page before logging in or was the content automatically downloaded with the patch info? Thanks in advance for your responses.
  9. Honestly it doesn't matter how they did it. The truth is, if they earned it before or after the patch was released, they still EARNED enough XP to do it. If it wasn't a hack, then there isn't really much we can say about it. The XP earned is legitimate, and last I checked there wasn't a rule against not turning in missions. Is it cheep, yea. Have they deprived themselves of playing the new content at the curve it was intended, yea. In the end they have actually ruined their game for themselves. Unless you in a PVP server and these idiots are hounding you, there isn't really any reason to complain about it unless you are just mad they figured out how to do it and you didn't. I am not saying I am happy about it, I think its sad that people will go out of their way to find ways of NOT playing any game the way it was intended, PC or Console. It isn't giving them any real unfair advantage, your going to get to 55 someday too. Look at the bright side, if you have a really hard lvl 52 boss on Makeb, you can take comfort knowing that there may be a Lvl 55 out there who can help you.
  10. Has there been any word on if this is still planned. With the F2P active I have heard of alot of guilds growing quickly and what better encrouagement to sub than having a large community support like a Guild that you enjoy playing with. I know that guild capital ships isn't exactly a must for a guild to run, though it does add something that encourages players to find a guild since it is a resource that they would not have access to soloing it out. I had read that they had planned to do this a while back, but with the things that have been going on I didn't know if they have scrapped this idea or not.
  11. Thank you for the Info. May the Force be with you.
  12. How do you talk in game if you have a mic? Is that even possible?
  13. So I was thinking about ways this game could be expanded over time and I was thinking about the SW: Episode 1 in 3D coming out soon. Now to me one of the coolest things in that movie was the Pod-racing scene, and thinking about that gave me an idea: We need Pod-racing in here. Now I know that only having 20 or so racers out of thousands of people would be an insane line to wait so I started thinking about that too. Anyone who had an N64 remembered playing a pod-racing game on there show the sport on several worlds all across the galaxy So to start maybe a quest story line explains the origins of Pod racing and get you access to the stadiums. The races could be run by NPCs but you could build a pod, upgrade it, find a pilot, and pay the entry fee to get him in. The races could be run where you enter and watch a driver of your choice and follow their pod for the race allowing everyone to become fans of these NPCs and such. Maybe certain races like Coruscant's only happen on the 3rd Saturday of the month. I was thinking the Pods needed to be really expensive so only Guilds or player who have been around for a while and saved up alot of wealth could own and keep up one. If your Pod wins you get the prize money of course, but for everyone else bets could be placed on the race. I know it would take alot of work to pull it off what with stats and figuring how to train the driver's skill and things like that. I defiantly want others to add to this idea and maybe make it sound more plausible. Maybe I am the only one who thinks this would be a good idea, but if not I would love to hear what you think.
