Considering Pyro PT's parsing numbers in PTS are putting them in the top 3 in DPS, 4.5 seconds will put them well above every other DPS class. So in order for this to work, we need a damage nerf as well. You better come up with methods of reducing our damage output if you plan on pushing this idea.

This would would be cool if they had some sort of bounty system. It's not going to happen anytime for soon that's for sure. You need open world PvP for something like this.

I'm not denying if you are over heated you are screwed, but if I happen to be over heated... making it harder for him to kill me is my next best option. Since I roll in premades this never happens really..... and if it does, "mumble: hey, get this goon off me" My point with the different things to do while over heated is just options. Like I said, I roll in premades.... the only time I'm avoiding fighting is if someone actually throw me the ball in huttball. And since I roll in premades, and I obviously use rapid shots more then any of you apparently, over heating and dying happens so rarely it no big deal. Hmmm I guess I should have mentioned long ago I roll in premades....... if you are pugging and have no support or backup we might run into issues. But roll in a premade, and these issues you guys keep bringing up are trivial at best.

It's not running away, if melee cant hit you they are in the same position as you if you happen to be over heated. Except you can still do SOME damage with rapid shots while lowering heat. With ranged well it doesn't really matter much unless they get they jump on you and grapple isn't available. You are gonna have to do something unless you want to die.

It's called strafing/kiting/los.... and rapid shots while doing so. Running away would be leaving the fight entirely.... I'm in it to win it, so if preventing you from attacking my *** while I vent some heat will lead to a win..... so be it

I know you guys don't believe me about PT guildies in PTS... but I will mention this again. PvE pyro is parsing above every other dps class as of the testing results I was shown last night. Most classes were in 1300 ranges while Pyro was around 1400-1500 dont remember exactly was tired. As for marauders *cough they have been a pain in the *** to us, and probably always will. Just the way it works.

Ok now that we have by the book rotations... If we do happen to over heat there a few things you can do. Vent heat of course, if it's up. If melee, stun rapid shots and increase your gap. If ranged, rapid shot till LOS or stun. Strategy comes into play big time with these kind of issues.

Yes.... because we have pretty much killed most clases or have them within 5k of death by the time the 2 RS lands. Fishing for the last "FINISH HIM" move should be slightly difficult imho

What I'm trying to point out is once we do enough damage to bring most classes down rather quickly by the 2nd RS..... we should not have an easy kill after dropping that much HP so quickly.

OK? It's also extremely easy to avoid a Juggs crit. That's your downside. You can't avoid our attacks. Heat is our downside... and like a jugg, PT's have to know how to work around our downside. What is your point?
