So I'm burning through blue implants looking for Veracity from a Redoubt Blue, get Anti-Armor and Exactitude after about 320 Reverse Engineers, and then I get "You already know that schematic." So it's possible to PROC something you already know. With the expense involved in looking for these rare schematics - fix this. /Psi
