  1. I can also vouch for his Terribad-ness on his Gunslinger and his Commando. 1. Imperial 2. Pyrrho 3. Assassin Please note that I'm practically naked at the moment and I'm a bit out of practice. Time to bring her out of retirement.

  3. Not interested in joining a new guild? Need conquest titles? Rent a slot from <Aisthesis> The cost is 2 million for the first week, 1.5 million every week after that. If you send your rent with an encryption of your choice, the rent cost will be 1.2 million for that week. NO other bartering will be accepted; NO discounts on the first week. Please avoid thread drama about these costs. This is an OPTIONAL service and you are under no obligations to pay for it! Don't ruin it for everyone else. 1st come, 1st served. No waiting list. Vacancies will be posted below. Option to renew. Rent is per week (not pro-rated). If we don't win a planet that week, FULL refund on that week's rent. Renewal is due to A'jantis by Tuesday, 11:59pm est (server time). Those who have not paid will be gkicked. Full guild privileges including no special treatment, access to mumble, conflict resolution for intraguild disputes, ability to sub into NiM/HM ops (if capable), lots of opportunities to group with members for conquest point goals. Those who are interested in joining Aisthesis after renting a slot are encouraged to apply (recruitment rules still apply). One char/legacy, no rules on class/level but you should be able to reach your personal conquest goal (the ONLY way to get your titles!) Remember that gquitting before the week is over will void your personal conquest rewards, and that any points earned while unguilded or in a different guild will NOT count toward your Aisthesis reward!!! No refunds given in any of these circumstances. If we pick a planet that you already have the title on, you're welcome to keep your slot for free that week. Just send a mail to A'jantis saying that you already have x planet title. For questions please contact A'jantis, Daharel, or Rosalyn. To reserve a slot, please send a PM to the OP. The thread is for questions or comments only. No reservations on the thread will be accepted. <Aisthesis> A PVE guild that just happens to be good at conquests. aisthesis.shivtr.com
  4. Parse. 4/6/36. Parse. 36/8/2. Parse. 2/8/36. Better than my old one, but not better than Blamespace's new one. Parse. 2/8/36. Parse. 5/5/36. Parse. 36/3/7.
  5. The raw forms of her parses were already edited into a prior post, for clarity and visibility: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/16gzs5xy8jw00wl/AADE7jayPcyKj9TfhW3IWGCLa Edit: Is there anyway you could put the logs in the dropbox with their original names?
  6. I think it would be more fun to see what each advanced classes weapon would add to the mix, but I'm biased because the dummy parse already takes 16 minutes... without an offhand it would take Far. Too. Long.
  7. Is there something special about 105 energy? I can't believe that you took a point in an aim shot talent for any other reason.
  8. Parse. 5/28/13 Challenge accepted. Edit: No slight meant to you, but the crits are pretty much entirely average. Apparently, the rotation on this hybrid makes or breaks the spec, you'll notice the parse before it where I used a different rotation with similar crit chances and got 100 less DPS. I wonder what I could get with this rotation with my assault crit chances... oh dear.
  9. Let's look at the four options that you have presented (in an order of my choosing): The first option we have is straight deletion, this is probably the *most* unfair to the Mercs as it essentially says that your work is no good here. While their extra dps come from what amounts to bug exploitation (probably one of the most harmless on record, other than the people who have faction switched to take advantage of it), I still think that deletion is heavy handed. While this option would be the most *fair* given the impending fate of Dotsmash, I'm not particularly a fan of it. Secondly, we have leaving Merc parses up, untouched, with asterisks. I don't like this as it essentially takes my parse, one of the most crit ridiculous parses I've ever seen in better gear, and says "nope, not good enough to be on top." I understand that he did in fact do more damage to me, and that, yes, I'll be able to outparse him eventually (read: after I get a DM mainhand), I think it is a misrepresentation of what the class will be capable of, and partly a misrepresentation of what the player behind the class is able to pull on an even playing field. Tann'se and I have both acknowledged that we want to parse it out on a mostly even playing field (nightmare gear makes things wonky, but I'm sure we'll get over it), so I know he'll be doing parses after 2.8 in order to compete (or at least I hope so). By leaving the pre 2.8 parse up, you set a standard *for him* that he won't be able to match until we're dripping in 186 gear. Third, we have leaving the Merc parses up by adjusting their DPS down. This would probably be the *fairest* solution if we have to keep the Merc parses up. My main point of concern would be the confusion that would result from the links to the actual parses. However, this method has the added benefit of not having to hunt down whoever the third best Commando is on the server (I know Jargi is second, but I honestly don't remember any Commandos before that). Further, it would be easier for Tann'se to outparse himself (removing the necessity for the strange link) once he gets some better gear or my crits or both. Finally, we have archiving the Merc parses the same way the Gunslingers' were. Personally, I think this is the best option, as it resets the playing field for Tann'se (and others) to compete after 2.8, it gives homage to the fact that he *did* actually parse a 3.88k, and it doesn't have any inherent confusion built into the system (even temporarily). While the bugged status of the class is different from the Gunslinger case, the results are similar in terms of the depowering of the class. I would be content with the third option if the consensus against archiving is too strong, but I really don't like the first two options.
  10. That right there is why I would be in favor of archiving the Merc parses. The good news is that if you're actually learning the spec properly, you should at least be able to put up a reasonable parse after 2.8 drops. As far as Nefra is concerned, you're missing the Nefra kill where I had a 57.8% crit chance on HiB but died when the boss was at 296 health. Above 3600 on a strat where the DPS run in front of Nefra.
