  1. I have a Jedi Consular and only have 24/25 on Makeb. I am missing one Lore entry (8/9). However, according to this list (found elsewhere on the web) History of Makeb Mining on Makeb Disaster on Makeb The Ark State of the War: Imperial Retrenchment Atmosphere of Makeb The Hutt Conquest of Makeb Makeb’s Mysterious Survival The Hutt Cartel Alliance Isotope-5 I am only missing Isotope-5. If you count the number of entries, there are 10 in this list. Therefore I have 9 entries, but my summary page for Makeb shows only 8/9. Any advice here? It appears one of these 9 entries is not counting in the total. Thanks.
  2. I have noticed this issue as well. Hopefully a fix is incoming soon!
  3. Tranquility is looking for an experienced healer for our Tuesday/Thursday progression group. We are 4/5 HM DF and 3/5 HM DP. We run 8-11 pm Eastern US time. Please contact myself or one of the officers in-game for more information: Charlz, Blockhead, Tehito, Randyfett, Zicidantus.
  4. You can always remove item modifications from one piece and put it in another piece. However, there are a couple of caveats: 1. Obviously, any gear you want to add a modification to must be modifiable in the first place. 2. There is a cost for removing each Armoring, Mod, Enhancement or Augment you want to remove. The cost scales up with the level of the Armoring, Mod, Enhancement, etc. 3. Armorings specifically, can only be placed into another item of the same type. Once you remove an armoring from say, boots, that armoring can then ONLY be placed in another pair of boots. This also applies to hilts and barrels. Also, be VERY careful about the moving around of barrels, as (if I recall correctly) shotgun barrels DO NOT work in blaster rifles.
  5. I was wrong. I ONLY got the Achievement, NOT the Codex. So you can say at least that the Codex Entries for The Dread Guards and Operator IX are not being applied.
  6. Yes, I am quite aware of the differences between codex and achievements. I received both. Here's my achievement screenshot to prove I got that last night (note the date/time). Oh, and I had already received credit for The Writhing Horror, so I didn't get that one last night as I stated in a previous post. AchievementScreenshot
  7. Not sure what you are saying here, but I completed a portion of TFB 16-Man Story Mode last night on one of my alts that had not previously been used in a 16-Man, and I got Codex/Achievement credit for killing The Writhing Horror, The Dread Guards and Operator IX. So at least those are working.
  8. Try this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=654989 BUT - in case you want a quick summary: Bogwing - now obtainable on Belsavis - no longer counts for Ilum (Ilum codex bestiary category shows 0/2 for me). Kill any NEUTRAL (yellow) bogwing. Asharl Panther - will now be obtainable next time the Gree event comes back (supposedly in December) - this is a VERY recent change. Kath Hound - Not sure if obtainable yet.
  9. 1. Answer - No, you cannot do this. Once ripped out of a piece of gear, armorings, hilts, barrels now are bound to that particular slot. So you can't take legs armoring out of the legs and put them in, say, a chest piece. Also, you cannot take out an off-hand hilt and put it in a main-hand saber. Same is true for barrels, although it's even worse as you can't take out a shotgun barrel and put it in a blaster pistol, etc. 2. Answer - Your gear rating is determined by the ARMORING, nothing else. You CAN replace the mod and enhancement without losing the set bonus.
  10. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but here's my response: 69 gear = 30 gear 72 gear = 31 gear for example: Advanced Adept Enhancement 30 (the title of a particular enhancement) - when you "mouse over" this item on your character sheet, it shows as a grade 69 enhancement (as long as you have the "detailed item tooltips" option enabled). Same goes for armorings, mods, etc. This enhancement can be purchased using credits on the GTN - there won't be very many at any one time (at least in my experience). But it CAN be purchased, for a non-trivial amount of credits. This enhancement and armorings, mods, barrels, hilts of a similar grade can all be purchased on the GTN and placed in any shell of your choice. OR, you can collect the appropriate materials and have a crafter make these items for you. IF you choose to run group content, you can run Hard Mode Level 55 flashpoints and get Elite Commendations and purchase this 69/30 gear from the Elite gear vendor. The whole piece (such as a chestpiece) has the title (for example) Black Market Targeter's MK-1 Jacket. Feel free to PM me if you have additional questions. I will be happy to walk you through more of this type of stuff. Hope this helps.
  11. The reason I didn't mention the Artifact grade 66 gear is that it is NOT Level 55 required - it's level 53 required if I recall correctly.
  12. @DragonArt - I would contend that Hard Mode level 55 flashpoints are PRECISELY the way that casual players can get level 55 gear. I believe that's exactly the way the developers intended. HM Level 55 FPs do not require any pre-coordination as they can be done through Group Finder. You don't need level 55 gear to run them either. Give it a try, you might be surprised.
  13. Gear called "Black Market ...." is available if you run Level 55 Hard Mode flashpoints. It is available as direct drops, and ALSO by running those FPs and collecting Elite Commendations, then buying the Black Market items from the Elite Gear vendor on fleet. This gear has a required level of 55, and the armorings, mods, enhancements in them are grade 69. This gear does NOT have the set bonus that is found on Arkanian (grade 69) or Underworld (grade 72) gear. With a VERY few exceptions Arkanian and Underworld gear is only available in Level 55 Operations (Arkanian from SM, Underworld from HM). The exception I can think of is running the Flashpoint Czerka Core Meltdown in Hard Mode will result in an Arkanian earpiece drop from the last boss.
  14. Yes, this does work. I ran through the story mode of Maelstrom Prison and at the first Terentatek-looking beast I killed, I got the codex.
