Honestly, I feel like almost any class should be able to use any weapon they want with minor restrictions. Ranged classes should be able to have any ranged weapon, imo. There should be less restrictions on dual wielding as well. It should be a playstyle choice, regardless of class/spec.

Hello all, I'm a returning player. I played in beta and for several months right after release. I quit the game for awhile (not due to disliking the game, but because I was busy IRL). Now that I'm back I'd like to roll a Jedi Knight and have fun with that. I'd like to make him on a PvP server and I'm searching for server suggestions. What's a good PvP server with a good selection of guilds and at least semi-helpful people? Any guild suggestions for a new-ish player on that server? Thanks!

A bit disappointing. But, who honestly plays an MMO for the graphics? The game looks fine (I play at 1080p, on a 42" display). I'm happy enough with the graphics, to be able to enjoy the rest of the game immensely. Not to say that I wouldn't like to see high-res textures. It would certainly add to the game. But for me, the 2D sprite foliage takes away a lot more immersion than the textures do.

In my previous MMO experience it was 30 days before the price started to drop. No clue about this game, though.

Wait... So you waited to go UP the elevator to the VIP area. And, opinions being posted on this forum are based on 100% pure fact, and universal opinion that every single man, woman and child agrees on.

It becomes an issue when every piece of gear you see that's an upgrade has a light or dark point requirement on it. You'll then be forced to pick light or dark and focus on that if you want gear upgrades.

I've seen nothing but positive reviews, other than people complaining on these forums. Not sure those count as "reviews" though. PC Gamer gave this game a 93 I believe. Most places are giving it a 90%+ score.

I have friends who don't even play games and they know what WoW is. Either the OP has lived under a rock until earlier today, or is a 0/10 troll.

You have to be on a low-pop server. I can't run around more than 30 seconds without seeing someone, and there's 100+ players in almost every zone I enter.

Romance is part of this game. As a dude myself, I would feel very awkward acting as a chick trying to romance another dude.
