First, yes... i noticed the thread about the same issues, and no.. nothing in it is helping at all. I enter my login info, click play and it loops. I have tried deleting those json files...I have ran the repair tool, I swapped to win8 compatibility, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I restarted pc, I am running as admin. This is a new issue that started today. And it is a bit concerning that my server lag has slowly increased from day to day this week, and now i cant even get passed the log in screen to now reinstall the game. Any other work around or tips would be appreciated guys :)

Ya, thats what ive been telling guildies. but they kept wanting to hoard multiple tabs of old command crates. And people thought i was stupid for not saving old crates...

Honestly, Im glad they made him the traitor. He had no place in my empire. And my females decided to romance Arcaan or Lana rather than him. Hopefully he will stay dead this time..

^^^ this. all of this. However, I would like to add that if you are Command Rank 300 (easy to get to) you will find you can get 248 gear rather quickly. I dont pvp and rarely do ops outside a guild run or 2. And my gear rating is 246 (implant holdouts and a belt). And yes, every MMO is a grind. If grinds are not your thing, MMOs might not be your thing..

My guild has always been very active in conquest. We have a blast running lockouts, FPs, PVP and everyone crafted. Then the changes came. Everyone was...well, pissed. PvPers felt left out, and crafters have all but stopped crafting. I have finished all my weeklies, gree, iokath, searching for allies, vet and MM FPs, SM uprisings and 2 ops. I crafted war supplies and 'donated' them. All that, normally, would get me a bit above my goal. However, it only got me to 13k. I wanted to craft more, but the amounts of mats required now is...well, insane. Since conquest was introduced, I only held onto grade 7 and above mats (so i was able to have room in legacy cargo) but now i need grade 2-10 mats just to make a single supply. I, like many others in my guild, are done with conquest. And thats sad. We all had a blast. It gave us a gameplan for the week and gave incentive to have new players be active in the guild. Now there is very little reason for crafters to farm and produce. PvPers are now 'one-and-done' rather than running several. FP runners dont want to do more than whats required for weekly because it isnt worth it. I would say revert back, but we all know Bw doesnt know how to...or want to. My best hope is something new comes along soon that will encourage guildies to be active with each other. Until then, we can bribe guildies with credits and CM items for doing certain activities..

Lets see. I started playing when RotHC launched. only been unsubbed for..maybe 5 months all together. So 2013 April. So thats about 5 years. Round down to a total of 4.5 years I have played. Thats about 54 months. 54 x 15$= 810$ Then add maybe $20 a month for cartel coins for about 2 years ( stopped after they cut the amount of stuff in the packs and messed with RNG) so about $480. So maybe a little over $1,200. Not that bad.. Could be worse. Like my bar tab or recreational stuff over that course of time..

i currently have (as far as I know) every companion gift of every rank in cargo. I have (collectively) about 600 of the gold ones. I run several toons and send everything to one toon or in legacy bank. 1500 doesnt sound too hard of a reach. I could get that in a month or 2 if i tried. Basically, you would be surprise what people have and ARE NOT posting in gtn lol. Some of us are hoarders..

Did this fight on every class...and yes, it gets boring after awhile..with ranged classes i stay at max range and let pet hold aggro. If she targets me and comes at me, i hightail it to other side. Within...a minute prob..fight is over. With melee classes i kite her from one end to the other, using every dot I can. Fight takes about 3 miutes with melee class. Set companion to heal, regardless of your class. And let arcaan tank . when she starts to do that big bust aoe, be sure to be well out of range.

I also agree. I need a tab for items that i am going to sell, 2 tabs for green mats, 2 for blue, 1 for purples, 2 for legacy gear/weps. And a tab for items such as even tokens, augments and kits as well as other crafted or conquest items, and misc stuff. Since we currently do not have enough legacy storage to store what i want, i no longer keep mats lower than grade 8 (used to for conquest crafting. But have since just stockpiled higher end mats. slightly harder to stock, but doable) If we got 10 tabs, I think that would cover anything any of us would want to store. IMO...

So while this game isnt 18+, when you purchase it, you accept the risk that there may be adult content. And if you see something in chat you dont like, ignore it. (This is where account wide ignore may be helpful) What I am against is reporting someone for swearing or (as I see way too often since merge) ERP. And it does happen regularly. However, most convos can be ignored. If I see 2 people going at it in chat, I dont care. I just pretend they dont exist and focus on the people I want to.

Well, i think some trolls ARE children. And people should be respectful to others, but the simple fact is, they dont and wont. And i dont think BW is going to pioneer this chat revolution. Every other MMO out there has trolls. Expecting BW to do anything when they cant even have halfway decent CS, is a little unreasonable. Like I said, ignore people that you dont want to interact with and report bots, spammers and threats.. Its up to us as a player base to make changes.

So, I usually dont post in chat unless I am selling something. And I have noticed that people never really had an issue with chat until the merge. IMO, I dont think people from different servers have got used to other people. Most of the time chat is pretty calm and maybe...twice a week...you will get some troll that spends a good 4 hours typing in all caps dropping N bombs, F bombs and just plain raging. I ignore them. As for sex and politics, SWTOR is fairly relaxed lol. Politics are in every game, I dont think we should start banning people (as if BW would ever do that lol) They wont moderate chat. They wont add interns to moderate reports. They wont add special chat channels (anytime soon at least). Best you can do is JUST ignore. Save reports for real issues, spammer (credit spammers), Real Life Threats, Bots. Reporting people for saying "yea trump" or " f this f that" wont do anything. That being said, the one thing that I think would help is account ignore. When you hit ignore you can block all their toons and your legacy shares your ignore list.
