  1. I'm still giving BW the benefit of the doubt that they are doing this correctly and will offer more servers sooner rather than later (ie hours and days, not weeks) as I am on a server (Kinrath Spider) that typically has single digit populations on the fleet (rep and imp). Where they have let us down is in the expectations set. They should have given us a better idea on how they would implement this so thousands of people didn't log on this morning FULLY expecting to be able to xfer. I know I would have been fine today if last week they had said "We will initially open up a very few select servers to xfer to specific servers (could be as few as 4 NA / 6 Europe). Over the following days we will continue to add servers to this list...." ect... I'm not giving up on this game as it truly is extremely fun, but I am disappointed in BW's expectation management and sincerely hope they'll learn from this as so many subscriptions were hanging by a thread prior to this latest 'slip'.
  2. Have you considered artifact quality matrix shard relics? As there are so few options for passive relics (non-use), it would be nice to be able to put in some work (ie get 9 matrix shards) to create an epic version of the class relics. Thanks,
  3. Have you considered lowering the cost of legacy rewards based on your legacy level? For example, currently Rocket Boost is available at legacy 8 for 2 million credits. It would be nice if the cost was reduced per legacy bracket, ie 1.5 M credits at Leg 20, 1 M credits at Leg 30, ect...
  4. Heat is certainly WAY more of a concern for the healing spec than before. In spite of most of the posts to the contrary, Arsenal is about the same as pre-1.2. While my TM's hit less hard, my 6,500 HS missiles make up for it. I admit that I cried nerf initially when I saw the notes, but my numbers were pretty nasty in the 6 or so wzs I dps'd tonight (but again, healing was definitely nerfed). Makefoohunter
  5. I take back my previous post...Arsenal is doing just fine! I have a full BM set for healing and eliminator and my first 10 or so wzs was in the healing spec, which wasn't terrible, but heat was WAY more of an issue so I definitely felt the nerf, but once i went back to arsenal I was BLOWING folks up. Had a HS missile over 6,500....you just really have to watch your heat and hit vent on CD and mix in some auto shots while your waiting for HS to come back up on CD.I've always used UL on proc so that was certainly a buff too. When it's all said and done, I can honestly say that I dont feel less powerful than before. Does that mean that Marauders aren't OP? NO! It just means that if you catch them w/o their cheatmode damage reduction (and if they arent in your #%^s), then you can blow folks up in a rotation.
  6. I have 5 50's, and in spite of my Merc having a full set of healing and eliminator BM gear, I'll probably switch to my lvl 49 Marauder when I ding 50 tonight. Here is the problem...when the game first came out, most folks (understandably) didn't know how to play their classes, so the arsenal mercs shined as the rotation is pretty easy to master. As a result, folks were CONSTANTLY crying about TM spam on the forums and in general chat most wzs. People would whine that all you did was spam TM, but the fact is, with that spec you have to get 3 TMs out before your HS missile can reach its full potential, and another 2 before your rail shot does....complaining about us using TM is like complaining about a sorc using force lightning. Once the other classes learned how to play (in particular Marauders and stabby Operatives), mercs were FAR from OP. Classes learned to interrupt TM which really kills our rotation. One on one, most classes should be able to solo a ars merc. That being said, I still enjoyed the class and found us to be a viable part of any comp because of the solid damage we can put out (if left alone) and the knock backs make us quite useful in huttball. Unfortunately the process of making changes like this take time, and by the time they committed to the 1.2 changes, the dynamic had changed dramatically, Bioware came up with the changes that nerf a non-OP class, while leaving EXTREMELY OP classes like Marauders alone (they might have to make some spec changes, but they are no less powerful). I still enjoy the game quite a bit and I'm holding out hope that some of the devs actually play this game, but as I said above, I will probably switch to my Marauder as my PVP main ...I looked at the Pyro spec for my merc, but it has zero appeal to me.
