Parses with this gear average about 40% overall crit. After I get my next implant I will replace some crit with power to get what I think will be the optimal gearing for this spec with 378 crit. Update Mruniverse: 2/22/22 Hybrid Vanguard at 3509.58 dps. Nearing full 78s, but missing a few things here and there. Increased crit even more to almost 31% now which seems to get a higher average than lower crit builds. The biggest thing is that I'm still using the 72 mainhand, but still pretty much a perfect parse by my standards- http://www.torparse.com/a/506467/time/1385579211/1385579511/0/Damage+Dealt

Deleted... Edit: RS doesn't hit for nearly as much in AP since not only do you get the extra 30% surge bonus in pyro, but you get an extra 9% total damage from the Rain of fire perk. As for the only hitting for 3700 tops maybe it's because your gear isn't the best? You have alot of crit in you gear so you must not have too much power and your surge rating is low. Like if you had say, 70% surge, you could expect a mid 4k hit from RS if it's hitting over 2550 in a non crit which is reasonable. Could you tell us some more of your stats like what is your tech bonus damage and what is your ranged primary damage? Also for pyro spec you'll want to take the 2 points out of power armor and put them into puncture. Then you'd see Railshots over the 5k range with your current surge.

Yeah sorry I forgot it wasn't accepted here. Double SA relics are allowed on the world dps thread so I wasn't really thinking about it. Will parse again after a while with a different relic.

Assault gets a small buff and gets it's ranged nerfed grr, hybrid should get a small nerf, and tactics gets a pretty good buff. Assault will be better in pvp but it needs alot more work to be competitive in pve. Still don't think we'll be anywhere near on par with other classes but we'll see tomorrow. Overall I think we won't even do as much dps as the hybrid is currently capable of, but tactics may come close. We might not know for sure though with 78 gear coming out at the same time.

Wanted to update Mruniverse before 2.4 at 3170.95 dps. Broke 41 apm and had awesome procs and crits. Same 2/22/22 spec.
