Valor lvl 90 or full augmented conq if there is lvl 90 on account (wishful thinking). Ppl are allowed to be nonfactors but entering solo rated queue a second after dinging 55 is pure madness.

I have noticed bugged force charge when there is some obstacle along the way of the jump. It doesnt have to be a big texture like wall, even small heaps and terrain irregularities tend to interrupt full lenght leap. Also dmg taken mid-air seems to cut off the leap.

I like few ideas that you stated (medpacks schematics, duelling rooms). They are wanted for a while now but they would be nice addition to the game. I love 4v4 concept but not on the existing maps. It would just turn into marathon between nodes and that would be terrible.
