We have 2 Win10 computers, one works and one doesn't. The one that works is Win 10 Pro and the one that doesn't is Win 10 Home. I thought it might help to update to Win 10 Pro. Win 10 Pro DID NOT HELP, $99 down the tubes So fail.

Windows 10, check DX 9 installed from link, check Firewall disabled, check (this really sucks, way to risk my security for your mistakes) Still doesn't work, nothing happens when I click play.

So when I ran the setup for DX9 it does that automatically yes? I don't need to uninstall anything?

No there isn't. First of all, even in the very best of cases, 3/4 of your team is random which means your score is out of your control and has nothing to do with your skill. Second, the very best of cases never occurs. Form a PuG and do grouped, at least in that case you know you won't have deserters of afkers.
