I am currently coming back to the game after a several year absence and wanted to know which was more viable for end game dps lightning or madness. Also any help in being pointed to good build/guide for this would be greatly appreciated as well.

Pretty much exactly what the title says playing on low pop. servers is terrible for pvp and economy was just curious if anything was being done to address low pop servers and servers with uneven republic/imp populations
