You can make your own arena system and run it out of smugglers den, hell there is even a arena style pit. sounds like op wants to spam aoe with impunity and get free kills with little to no work. Sorry to say this but no, the pull skills were put in to counter this kind of strat, either back up and stop hitting things or take your licks. Just because the other side has more people pulling does not make it op or even unfair. Your side has access to the same skills, not the enemy's fault that they or you are not using them.

hes buff stacking with a 1 trick pony spec hat has a good 1 -2 min setup time. Notice how he does not show more than 1 kill between clips. It takes a long long time to set that up, and its easy to disrupt, one knock back and decent kiting and his cooldowns will fall off and its back to normal hits.

When you add incentives/rewards to world pvp you always get trading. It it more efficient than just fighting each other, and works faster. If you don't want trading to happen take away the rewards. BUT IF THERE ARE NO REWARDS NOBODY WILL WORLD PVP. well that is your own damn fault. Personally I don't need a carrot on a stick to bury my sword/axe/glowbat in your chest. I do it because A. its fun, and B. You would do the same to me.

Because anyone with half a brain would make stuff on the cheaper faction side, then send it all over to their "alt" to make a huge profit/gear cheaply. This is a basic no duh thing. And to those pointing to the legacy system, not every one in your family is liked by each family member. Hell I have heard horror stories about thanksgiving and family breaking out into fistfights.

also remember to taunt, it reduces outgoing damage in pvp, unless they are focued on you.

If you were actually competition oriented you would be playing guild wars. Competition built into the game from day 1. Able to be max level from the start, no gear grind (gear cap is easy to reach) skill based ability choices (you can only bring in 8 skills so team comp is very important). Nobody who is actually interested in competition plays a gear based grind fest pve centric game to find their "competition"

Most people who want a pvp centric game, are alrady in a PvP centric game. These people who are still posting whining about bad pvp, and saying the will quit have already paid for one month (free month is already over) and are just whining cause well, they like to whine. TLDR They wanted to pwn face in a PVE centric game and when they couldnt be 1v5 wz champs they qq.

You can't make every companion suitable for every tree ever. Would make the companions way to strong, you could just send in the pet and /sleep while they killed everything. To the Op learn to use your CC, and burn down mobs from weakest to strongest. Killing off a mob greatly reduces the damage you take. Just standing there trying to tank everything while you slowly chew through the health of that elite (silvers are known as strongs bts) will just get you killed. Also lean to control your companion, having them focus dps with you helps so much more than letting them choose their own targets.

Just because some random person says its not that hard, does not mean its easy. Most of the people on the forums have either none or very little programming experience. And it is an even smaller percentage that have mmo programming experience. It took WoW till Wrath to figure out how to implement that kind of system. And its not like blizzard is going to let bioware see their server side code.

The "pures" tend to have much better burst then the hybrids. Some are out of line (scoundrel/ops biggest example) but usually being a pure means you have cooldowns that give you more damage, Hybrid cd's tend to be more on the defensive side.
