  1. Thats a laugh. Generally discussing what? only how much we love the terrible customer service or the buggy game play? or how much we love our threads being closed? Congrats forum moderators you've inspired me to unsub. This is a truly laughable way of doing business. we're all the punchline though as they will still be profitable and EA with make their investment back in less than a year. if we truly demanded more of our gameplay and had legitimate alternatives, i would bet that a significant portion of the user base would leave. i'll start. you all follow at your discretion. or not and enjoy your censorship and back-handed treatment. "this game is never done" is a clever way of saying we leave things out in order to continue dangling the carrot. this game is like a wow clone in the same way long division is like finding derivatives. Its the same genre but far far far less sophisticated, useful, polished, and overall entertaining.
  2. that is so right and a perspective i haven't thought of. long threads are intimidating enough to get into without there needing to be research done to find the closed pre-threads, where essentially all posts/ideas/thoughts are sent to die.
  3. actually you're missing the whole point.............................................. the point is not just about forum posts, its about capturing a market. it seems as a company BW'd rather piss someone off, lose a sub, and potentially create bad press for than game, than allow a "duplicate" thread. slippery slope? perhaps. but its not like this game has a lot of leeway with consumer confidence with all the problems it has. the last thing they need it to frustrate people off-line. we get enough of that in-game. im getting to the point where ive tolerated enough with this game (losing 600k credits randomly on my acct for one with the ticket still not answered 5 days laters). So my point is why are they continuing to see how far they can push us?
  4. I bought this game over BF3 because, well, I like mmos and thought this would kill my spare time effectively. I leveled, that was kinda cool, though mundane at times. Im not big into story. I felt like I was pushing to get to end game because in my experience thats when all the exciting stuff starts. though pushing is lightly used as it took a good amount of time for me to get through it. and honestly the leveling has been the best part. the end game has been....well not so great. Raiding: meh not particularly interested in seeing my assassin do medicore dmg in a raid environment. tanking? maybe down the road. i do like tanking but not particularly satisfied with assassin tanking, feels artificial, like im only a tank because of some random ability, not because im a particularly tough toon with massive armor or what have you. yea thats a lil RP, sorry. Flashpoints: the melee that is fleet chat is so disconcerting that i haven't even really tried running any end game flashpoints. besides, being unguilded and non-raiding, what do i need with FP gear? i hate admit my laziness but the lack of an easily accessible, ingame, loot-table is also demotivational. so that leaves..... PVP: yes theres a whole forum dedicated to this so i won't get too indepth. but the whole system is quite boring....i used to rage, but now im just accepting of it. my sin does mediocre dmg, is squishy and predictable. my level 24 merc does better dmg and is slightly more fun, but the action is still predictable. the gear system is aggravating and unaccomplished. there is no feeling of "yes i have enough to get that piece!" predictability is a major issue here, among others. ilum is a joke on my server....literally pubs and imps just sit there letting each other kill walkers with no conflict. not that i want that really considering the respawn system there. gear (or should i say rng) farming. where is the excitement in this game? i know there are flashes of it, but generally it seems there isnt much. is anyone else as entirely as bored as i am?
  5. as if the game didnt have enough issues already, now they're going start alienating people on the forums..... literally the only place we have to pretend we're being heard.
  6. you literally JUST implement the search feature and thread i spent at least 20 mins creating is immediately closed because there is a duplicate somewhere? what a joke.

  8. despite your condescending tone this is very helpful information, thank you.
  9. see thats the thing i cannot emphasize enough, i know how to control his casting in the same way i always do, but he literally becomes immune to my disables and interrupts. as if they are being resisted. i see no sigh of that tho. my float text doesnt say resist or miss or immune. i honestly think its a bug becuase how else is it possible if he can free cast after i go through my disable rotation
  10. Thing is i use every interrupt but he seems to be uninterruptable after i go through each one once. i dunno if this is designed or what... i'll try it as darkness though i have zero def gear.
  11. Also people need to chill on the raging and bickering at each other. It should be abundantly clear to all of us (unless you don't pvp at all or visit these forums) that there is something broken, how much of it is op mechanics or buffs....well thats for the devs to decide. I was mad at first too, the insistence of others that there is no issue only added to it; but now, its just sort of a spectacle and getting entertaining to see "JUST HOW HIGH CAN AN OP CRIT?!?!!" lol
