Just back to original post... 1st boss of Mandalorian raiders is not exactly a good judge of your threat gain... The dogs are untauntable, and the boss goes after other party members at fixed intervals... Keep taunt ready for when the boss runs away and keep him away from the dogs... But yes, as your mirror class, Juggernaut... I feel your pain when it comes to threat.
