  1. My shadow's main spec is tank, for dps i prefer serenity. Overall i have full revitalized set (one that buffs innervate) on sorcerer and 4 taskmaster's items on shadow (-20% cd and guess same 20% increased att speed for companion). Death knell buffs melee damage, that means abilities with 4m range, right? Neither kinetic nor serenity have many of those, for kintetic all rotational abilities have 10m, 4m strikes and kicks are only occasionally used fillers). I am around cap now, gotta buy something before tomorrow's reset. At this point i am thinking to buy random pieces that costs frags only, cba to pay credits for set items i have no desire to use.
  2. I do wonder if person responsible for set bonuses even play this game. I main sith sorcerer and have jedi shadow alt. All shadow sets are pretty much useless, offering nothing worth of note. So for solo play generic taskmaster's set buffing companion seems best option, for group play all 7 amplifiers will give the most i believe. For sorcerers both dps sets require to use escape ability called speed boost as part of rotation in order to get some minor damage increase, really working as intended? 2 healing sets, first one offers minot dark heal buff. Speaking honestly i wouldn't even have dark heal on my quick bar if it didnt have instant cast proc. Second heal set is actually only good set i have found, it buffs main heal ability in a good enough way. Most multi class set bonuses look like thinly veiled trolling, who else would think +2% crit rating while under 50% hp is great set bonus i mean.
  3. Cap has to go entirely. Or at least increased to 21k+, so it would be possible to buy full set at once. It's extremely annoying to buy something and recieve it again from some box few hours later. Also what would people playing 1-2 chars (such as myself) spend frags for after getting desired set(s)?.
  4. Option for sorcerers to keep lightsaber sheathed in combat Saved quick bars for each discipline Vaylin Epic story fitting someone who ruled galaxy recently (brawl over random facility isnt)
  5. Reasoning behind current craft was quite simple i believe. We let players craft bis but should make it somewhat hard. However bis can also be obtained by spamming trivial content such as master flashpoints. Craft costs reduced to pre 6.0 values wont make crafting any useful, the only way to make it useful is too bring it in line with other means of getting gear, that would implify heavy nerf to flashpoint gearing or buffing difficulty of said flashpoints.
  6. They did. There are too many 'can be killed' characters going around with all this branching. It would be hard to sustain it in long term, so Bioware should wrap everything rather soon to linear dealing with Tenebrae's plague or something. May be branching is just to show how chaotic things have become without eternal fleet keeping everyone in check, all while bigger threat somewhere under horizon.
  7. Well Acina tells that Dark Council will do administrative work only, while everything military related will be moved to new Hand. So fate of councilors is hardly matter because they are no longer in charge of something important. I also think neither empress Acina nor empreror Vowrawn would live long enough. if empress was important for future story Bioware wouldn't let her die.
  8. Specificly second one that increses companion attack and activation speed. Anyone tried it out? Does it make companion noticeably stonger?
  9. There are way too many abilties not worth using at all. All they do is confuse players and bloat action bars. However if Bioware release 2 hours dlc as new expansion, dealing with bloated abilities and sorting rotations is not something we should expect.
  10. Zenith is still missing, so why not Both are capable militants and yellow/green twileks So major Anri 1. Has impenetrable plot armor, so far i havnt encounter kill option. 2. Always appear from nowhere at every crucial enough moment. 3. Bring Kira and Scourge to imperial player 4. Serve as actual "killer" of consualr long missing companion Theran. I dont think that companion made appearence just to be killed by casually passing by imperial, so Anri/Zenith could have done nonfatal "killing" for player. 5. Faking gender is quite easy in a far far away galaxy.
  11. Alliance doesnt have economical powerbase, everything is either brought by joiners or stolen. While cartels and rich populated worlds do. If you rely on borrowed power you can easily make your way from eternal empress to teenager that missed anger management class. Entities with solid foundation can lose battles and even wars, but they are not easy to be reduced to nothing. Take away plot armor and Alliance is around Black Sun gang power wise. I find all these "why would i be second in the Empire if i can be first in the Alliance" extremely naive.
  12. With fleet destroyd and Zakuul going independent, the Alliance is just small armed group occupying empty planet. Keep in mind Alliance is not getting any stronger, rather weaker, because personel is leaving (well letters say many are going to leave, but they are all still at commander service tho, might be another bug). In terms of power not only well below Empire/Republic, but also intergalactic crime syndicats like Exchange, hutt cartels and single rich worlds. Option to become high rank within galactic superpower is best possible to get something for sinking ship the Alliance is.
  13. I can't ignore them, because no matter what i do they clutter companion tab. In vanilla every companion was important, you may disliked particular ones but they were irreplacable. So it was kinda trade off, you working with someone you don't like for benefits. What the point of having something like Gault, Rusk, Broonmark or starfortress dudes now? I dont like their looks, i dont like their story (most dont even have story), they add nothing of value. I like to have things clean, organized and meaningful, not asking to remove companios, just option to hide/kick them. People who like dozens of useless (from my point of view) companions would still have an option to play the way they like. This game has very serious problems with ui, sorting and filtering, all these additions over years made it even more apparent.
  14. I am returning player (quit after Makeb). Chapter expansions offer really good story, can't progress further because of bugged quest asking to kill 3 iokath sentinels driving walker (i do hope it gonna get fixed rather soon...). Currently i have like 30+ companions. I will never use all those fugly fish/boar/octopus/rat/whatevermans. There are only 8 crafting slots, every companion can perform all roles, so can i have an option to kick out or at lteast hide all others i don't need? Also i kill/reject all aliens i can, yet they still remain in companion tab as "dead" with no option to sort them out or down the list.
