  1. And in raids, bosses don't have defensive cooldowns that you have to bust through. This change takes it from a useful PvE/PvP ability to a solely PvP ability with no place in endgame PvE.
  2. It's not a negligible effect on PvE, though. It might be a minor change on overall dps, but it's significant change to burst, especially for my lethality sniper. Without that alacrity buff, the only thing I can hit for a dps burst is my relic buff, and without the alacrity buff, I'd lose out on two snipes while the relic is up because of the longer cast times of all my other abilities.
  3. "Target Acquired now increases Accuracy by 30% and Armor Penetration by 15% instead of increasing Alacrity." For what possible reason did this change need to be made? A temporary buff to ACCURACY of all things? And 30% at that? A sniper needs a grand total of 10% accuracy to always hit, assuming they were to simply ignore the metric tonnage of accuracy all over their raid gear. With that accuracy, the entire 30% buff is wasted instead of simply 2/3 of the buff. With all the armor debuffs already available, it's also not uncommon to find yourself already attacking a boss who has effectively no armor, which makes the additional 15% armor penetration just as worthless as the accuracy. Sure, it's a wonderful change for PvPers, who can use that accuracy and armor pen to punch through enemy tanks more easily, but why would you completely eliminate the endgame PvE usefulness of an ability to get that?
  4. From 20% alacrity for 10 seconds to 30% accuracy and 15% armor penetration? What was once the core of my sniper's maximum burst push has become completely and utterly useless. In an endgame raiding situation, I'm already fully accuracy capped, so that's already half of the ability completely useless as it is. And in almost any raid group, armor penetration debuffs also already grant full armor penetration of the boss, so there's no armor left for the extra armor penetration to penetrate, rendering the second half of our ultimate level 50 cooldown equally useless. Sure it's handy in PvP, where all that extra accuracy and armor penetration gives you an edge on defense-heavy tanks and all, but why is this being rendered completely irrelevant in a raiding situation? What about a 20% alacrity buff that was handy anywhere was so broken that it had to be chained to an anchor and thrown off the side of the boat?
  5. To get each new daily, you have to do the new daily from the day before. If you didn't do 'Hybrid Strain' the day before, Pure Virus Sample won't be unlocked for you yet.
  6. Someone was outside the Denova entrance when they logged out. Yeah, that area's gone too. At least they're not as bad off as the poor Black Hole people.
  7. MASSIVE screw up on the patch part. They somehow ended up loading all of the maps from 1.15, instead of 1.2, so all the new areas are gone. The Black Hole is gone, people can't log in there, the guild banks are gone, the old rare crystal vendor is back, the expanded mission deck providing access to the Denova raid has reverted to its old form, all sorts of things like that.
