This might hold true to some extent, but it's definitively do-able. For example, TOR have 3 level of difficulty and it's great how top-end gear only drops from Hard-mode instead of Night-mare hold. They did this part right. But to cater to the more "hardcore" raiders, they need to implement more mechanic to the fights. Not just raise boss HP and lower the Enrage timer. Where's the fun in that? Add more stuff involved. Make it a challenge on the mechanic of the fight instead of a dps race. Food for thought.

I would probably stick with this for now, because I just got 30days + 1 days of free game time. Imo. Plus other MMOs are just boring and died out. This game will eventually too, due too GW2 and Diablo 3. But right now, it's where the MMO community is at.

Well, I only read the part where he stated playing a game does not require investing. Therefore I started this debate. Also achievement is such a broad term. What you think might not hold any value, others might do think so. To be honest, the whole point of a game is suppose to make you feel like you achieved something. We are sorry for taking servers down on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. But as many players in the community stated, we have a right to because World of Warcraft also did it 8 years ago. It is our standard to accomplish what World of Warcraft have also done, including the bugs and mistakes. We are not trying to improve ourselves by providing a better and more accomplished MMO. Therefore just suck it up and move on.

No, we can't. You know why? Because we don't specialize in game designing. If a doctor screws up on a kidney transfer on you, he don't say "hey, you try doing a better job than me." No because it's their job to get it right, not ours. Maybe that was over-kill of an comparison, but you get the idea.

Why would they need to add "game world assets" to fix an issue with character deletion? They seem like completely two different things to me. I really doubt they just hot-fixed those two things, and really feel un-easy with them not telling us what they are making us install on to our computers.

You mean the bugs that took them 4 month to fix? Like operation bugs, SoA bugged, Floor tiles missing, instant death on speeders, etc. Animation going off but not the damage. Spell delay Random crashes Memory leaks Warzone booting you out to Character screen hundreds of bugs? O wait, they have not fixed them all. Yet I am still here, sticking with the game. But having the whole game revert back to a previous patch? No, that is not a "bug" that is acceptable. They have had 300million dollars funding. Yet, they can't seem to get this right?

Wasn't the patch yesterday.... "Addressed an issue that could prevent characters from being deleted. Made improvements to the CS ticketing system." How did that roll back the servers...lol. Seems like something they aren't telling us.
