  1. It's amazing how many people don't bother reading what they respond to. Once again, it's not an issue of it being possible, it's about one FP being stupidly more difficult than the others. If you think that's good game design then I don't know what else to say except that it's a good thing you're not a designer or your work would be a feature on Jim Sterling's Steam Greenlight trailers to laugh at. If they just reduced the absurdly long, and cheap, knockbacks on the married mid-bosses that by-itself would go a long way toward fixing the entire FP, but I guess constructive suggestions don't do as much for some peoples' low self-esteem as looking for excuses to put down other players.

  3. I'm sure there are people who say they can fly if you just believe in yourself hard enough, but not everyone who falls off the roof the first time is dense enough to think it's their fault. I've tanked nearly every HM FP in 208 pvp gear including Deapths of Manaan (WITH bonus boss!) and even that was way easier than Blood Hunt on tactical mode with the same character. Heck, when my guild ran an op recently, with zero deaths, the one thing we all agreed on while chatting was that Blood Hunt sucks. This is not a L2P issue. That FP is just a frustrating mess that nobody wants to freakin' deal with right now.
  4. So you accuse me of having little imagination, but you can only come up with two "legit" reasons? One you hardly need if you have even one guildmate online, and the other by your own admission is no longer applicable? That's not "all sorts of things". That's zero things. I'm willing to accept being wrong or not having enough info on this, but you seriously weren't the one to correct me on this with a weak post like that.
  5. What makes you think you're entitled to judge someone by how they play the game, or try to publicly shame them for honestly answering a questionnaire? They pay for it, they're entitled to play however they want and share that experience. You're not the arbiter of the proper way to enjoy anything, okay?
  6. You do realize this game has classes other than derps with lazor swords, right?
  7. I don't think there's even more than one deveronian model in the entire game, period. The only thing that even visually distinguishes Gault from the rest is his horn. No wonder he was able to evade capture so long. Say what you will about Rebels, at least they gave Vizago an interesting look (those sideburns would have to be an option in character creation).
  8. Which is probably why I stopped when I got to that level, which I said very clearly in the very post you quoted. Oh I can do even better. When I killed the mobs in the Visions inthe Dark chapter, THOSE freakin' counted. They were so lazy in reskinning the rakghouls as new enemies, they didn't even bother to disable the tag that counts them as tunnel rakghouls.
  9. I can see no practical reason for multi-boxing, so if someone is doing it then odds are it's for shady business.
  10. That's the saddest and most obvious ploy to get someone to shut up about something you don't agree with I've ever seen.
  11. 100% agree. We need some more comp interaction that is apart from the main storyline. The new expansion feels like I'm playing a story, where the old game made me feel like I was living in a populated universe.

  13. I have mixed feelings about a lot of that post, but on this point I 100% agree. There is literally no practical gain to causing that massive amount of damage. Hey Bioware, news flash. People who make the dark-side choices in RL usually do it to get something they want. There is some kind of gain, financially or militarily, or ideologically. Heroes IRL are usually the ones that struggle the most and have to make the greatest sacrifices, but in the end it's worth it. Baddies have their own set of challenges, but they also have their own rewards. If you value storytelling so much, then learn how to write above a twelve-year old's fanfiction.
  14. I wish I could frame this post and hang it up in my stronghold. The Taris example is perfect, because it not only gave you a choice but it had real consequences. You could act like you know everything with hilarious results, or pool your peoples' expertise and fight a much easier battle. What a massive improvement it would have been in Disavowed or Anarchy if smart decisions saved us a few of those Skytrooper ambushes.
  15. If she's a shapeshifter, then what about ALL previous comp customs working on her? This could just be fore walking around, and she could change back to normal in a fight to forgo any weirdness with the animations.
