  1. I cannot express in polite language just how angry this makes me ... not because of the delay but because you wait until one week before release to announce it! I and untold others have resubscribed specifically because of this expansion and now you're kicking it two months down the road? I expect a refund or this is one veteran player who will never be darkening the doors of SWTOR ever again.
  2. You're not thinking about it with an eye towards the real use of the cartel packs, though. Resale value. So what if you don't get what you want out of it? You WILL get enough to turn around and sell on the GTN to then buy what you're after. In fact, I usually make a tidy profit given that I'm only really interested in a few things out of each pack. I sell what I pull from my hypercrate that I don't want, buy what I do, and if I can make 50-100 million further in profit that's icing on the cake. Nothing to complain about.
  3. Nevermind, it eventually decided to work. Very strange, though, in 6 years never encountered that particular problem before. But it took several tries of shutting down the process of the game entirely, logging back in, and trying again to get through.
  4. When I try to log in I get stuck at the loading screen with about 2/3 of the bar full and then nothing else.
  5. It won't close before 2021. On that much we can be certain because Bioware has a contractual agreement in place until then. Whether it will be renewed or not remains to be seen, but I can't see them making the same kind of negligent mistakes that Gazillion made with Marvel Heroes which led to that MMO having its contract rescinded by Disney and the game shuttered recently. They were given multiple warnings by Disney and multiple chances to correct the areas where they were in breach of contract and neglected to do so. Given that SWTOR is making far more money (it is, according to the last earnings report, still the second largest source of online revenue for EA annually), that's not going to happen here.
  6. It is a bug, not a legitimate queue, and the devs need to chime in on this pronto to let us know how it is being fixed.
  7. There was no queue last night or any night previous. No reason why it would happen tonight and ONLY after the maintenance.
  8. Nope. They posted an hour ago that the servers were back up.
  9. Still sitting at 79 a half hour later.
  10. It's not a legitimate queue. The population is only Standard per the server info page: http://www.swtor.com/server-status We need dev response to this problem NOW.
  11. This cannot be a legitimate queue. The server status page shows the population on Harbinger to be Standard.
  12. This is insanity. Are there really enough players for that or is it something broke with the server? Devs, we need a response!!!!!!
  13. That downtime they had may have done something to bork the login procedure. I keep ping-ponging position, from as low as 80 back to 100+, without any rhyme or reason and with no real progress through the queue ... after 20 mins.
  14. And what's stranger still, the server page doesn't show Harbinger to be full, only Standard population.
