There's a utility---in the heroic tree I believe---that reduces the cooldown by 3 seconds. However, in my opinion, that's a waste of a utility. But that's the only reason I can think of for the longer cooldown and it doesn't even bring it down to 18s.

First, you should try using proper grammar in a thread you created to recruit possible end game raiders, if you can even call yourself that. Second, you really should care about the reputation of someone in your guild as they have your guild tag which means their actions represent your guild, be it good or bad. If you don't care enough about his reputation why would someone want to join your guild, it tells me that you don't care enough to try and work with people because, well, you just don't care. Lastly, even with like minded individuals, one bad apple ruins it for all. Your guild can hardly even complete SM DF and DP, and with the way your guild carries itself; that tells me Eternum is NOT a good place to be if you are looking for an end game raid guild. TL;DR: Opinions; disregard this post like you're going to anyways.

Most of the listed that I know have >40K HP and their Mainstat is higher than their endurance. Hell they even have insane DPS/Heals. Also I ran an FP on my sorc and the sin tank had 50K HP. He did fine tanking and never once had me worried that he was going to die. That said; apparently 50K HP for a sin means End stacking, but i don't have a sin and don't much know anything other than they tank and are a pita to heal most times.

I was leveling my Merc and queued for level 20ish FPs. I got Athiss, and I was heals. I knew it was going to be bad when the tank and other DPS dropped down the long way instead of taking the elevator I sliced, but I usually don't judge by then. Anyways, before the first pull the tank sends me a whisper/tell (he was a jugg) and demanded I give him lead. I asked why and he said he wants the Strength gear that drops in the FP . I responded with, well roll need then. He replied in all caps GIVE ME LEAD. So I said, give me a reason to. He then informed me that strength gear won't drop because I am lead and I'm a merc. I lol'd and said that's not how loot work, bro. We got past the first 2 pulls and some random mob dropped green aim gear and then the tank left. Needless to say ALL of the bosses dropped strength gear. I tried to whisper him back and link the gear but much to my chagrin adding someone to ignore blocks you from whispering them as well. I was sad I was unable to disprove him because I had him on ignore, but whatever. I thought it was hilarious he wanted lead so he could get strength gear that wasn't going to drop otherwise and all the gear save for that 1 aim item was strength gear. Otherwise, it was a smooth run. A few deaths of the Mara pulling stuff by accident, but he apologized and we got done. It's times like these that make me lol really hard.

Although this isn't addressed towards me, it is an open forum to subs, so; no I don't because when I'm sick I don't take medicine because I never have any and I don't feel the need to take any since I'm rarely sick I usually get over it in 2 days, as for work and school, I do neither so, no. Medicine doesn't improve a condition either, it simply fights the infection and that depends on how much immunity you have and how much you are resistant to the medication. But then again, this is also an online game so arguing real life logic with ingame logic is kind of a moot point. Nevertheless, people will complaing about anything they see unfit or something that goes against their beliefs/views.

The mobs in SM Foundry are 36, but a 44 Sorc was in there and the mobs were grey to her and she got no exp. It was rather annoying for her, and it happened to me and several others on Cadememu(SP).
