  1. It's Christmas. Little boys and girls that were on the good list got the game. Big boys and girls are logging in because there is no work or school. You really want to complain about queues on Christmas? Are you the Grinch? :-(
  2. He has reduced my caloric intake so many times I don't even know if I'm taking in any calories at all any more. :-( I can ensure you that my legacy will die out soon enough because of this droid. Perhaps that's his plan.
  3. Thank you for quoting my post. I was afraid I just spent time pondering + writing it out that it would be lost in the bickering about people trying to *find* a post like that (really?). I'm glad to hear about the temporary sharding! Thank you for digging that up. :-) I can't wait until that's taken care of. It will at least get rid of 10+ new threads a day.
  4. I do agree with this thread, here and there. I refused to roll on any server except one that was full. I wanted to wait in queues because I knew it would be worth it with such a large community. After trying out a light server, standard server, heavy server and a full server, the only real difference is how fast a warzone pops. Everything else looks and feels exactly the same. You see the same amount of people where ever you go and it doesn't feel more full or more populated than the last server. I was absolutely in love with the game during early access. People were EVERYWHERE. The game felt *so* alive. People were interacting, emoting, there was real discussion in the general chat channels. I understand the it *just* launched, so the first few areas are going to be blooming. However once you leave all of that, the universe is literally a ghost town. Now, I'm a rusher when it comes to leveling. I'm level 34 and I know not many people are 30+. I was not expecting to see anyone else where I'm leveling now, and the truth is, I never do. I figured I would go back to the Republic Fleet when I was queuing for warzones, or looking for flashpoints, but even the main capital has adapted that exact same dead feeling. I'm personally chalking it up to their business decisions regarding launch + servers. On a quick business decision standpoint, adding more and more servers was the right decision. But as a long term business decision, it was the wrong decision. The game is lively. It's extremely lively. It's extremely immersive. But the immersion and the livelyness is in pieces. It won't be put back together until servers fill in again and they start removing shards. Or better yet, merge servers. Real people is what creates life in these games. Not more NPCs, not day/night cycles, not footsteps from wildlife. It *helps.* But it doesn't *create* it.
  5. You're clearly a business genius. Did you go to college for that degree?
  6. Legacy Names? Ugh. Do you *have* to have one?
  7. Aw lame, you can only buy and hold 1 bag at a time? Thanks for the info!
  8. Any draw backs leveling ONLY through warzones? I have an alt that I don't feel like playing out in the field leveling wise, but I would like to PvP with. Thanks!
  9. How about full blown helms? I'm looking to roll a Twi'lek Jedi Sage, and in the progression video there are huge headdresses that are full helms, covering everything from the shoulders up. Would a Twi'lek be able to wear them (of course their lekku would be hidden).
  10. I'm a very rushful leveler, and more into PvP than PvE. Therefore I've spaced over everything for my first character, but plan on taking a second character through while trying to listen to it all. I love that it's implemented, it's different, it's neat. Just not my thing right now.
  11. Was about to roll a beautiful Twi'Lek when I realized helms would be invisible stats. Lame. :-( Next race.
  12. Thanks for all the depressing help. D: I guess I'll wait to make my beautiful alien.. thankies!
  13. Lame.. what about full helms that cover head, face and all? I was thinking of being a Sith Inquistor and it looks like their end game gear has full blown helms.
  14. Good ol' Twi'lek question. Really want to be one but want to be able to wear hoods.. I keep asking this question in game but no one seems to have an answer. Are the Twi'leks hatless the entire time? Can they not wear anything on their head at all? Thanks so much!
  15. Had a level 13 come into a WZ for the first time and start crying his pants off about how this isn't fair, he's a level 13 coming into a group full of 30s, blah blah blah. About 5 minutes into the game I see him in the distance beat the crap out of a level 36 1v1. Then this pops up in my chat: [Ops:] ____: nvm guys lol this is awesome If you are complaining about needing brackets you probably suck at PvP.
