Hi, The guild registrar can not be found in my game as I can't know the exact location of the individual to find. What is the exact name of the planet or station that the registrar is on and what is his x and y location?

Nevermind I figured it out. N00b mistake.

I just purchased the Digital Deluxe upgrade package through swtor.com. Do I have to download the game again for it to activate and register it to my account? Or is it a billing time waiting process? Thanks
