Asking for a better solution that what we have with a 10k cap and nothing to spend them on. No progressive system we can put them into. I can't donate them. I don't want to make more alts. I just accumulate them. I would love to be able to donate some to people who want to tank in this game. I don't know. Anything but what we have and what they're doing.

Why is the first response to this to ruin how the refund timer works? Isn't the larger problem that we have nothing to spend tech frags on and don't want to make more alts just to spend more fragments? I have 3 tanks and 3 healers and all have 2 sets of armor from the tech fragment vendors, plus whatever I get from Kai. I have all the mounts and pets. I have 100 superior renown boosts on my most played characters and lesser amounts on the others. I just came back to the game after 4-5 years and I was so disappointed that there is really no end game loot like other MMO's have. You just buy everything now. There aren't enough guilds with NiM teams to do the harder content and the guilds that do have a NiM Prog team have so very few openings and even then longer waiting lists to try out for those NiM teams. I just don't understand why you seek to punish the players for a shortcoming that you [developers] caused. Before anyone tries to say I'm whinging because I can't do the vendor mount bank thing, it's not that at all. I can play 12-18 hours a day, every day if I want. I'm not worried about having enough frags for the 300 augs come 6.3. This is not a solution and only seeks to harm the playing experience in the game. Ya'll should reconsider this and if the vendor mount frag bank thing really bothers you that much, then think of a better solution for us. There is content in the game some of us want to do, but cannot because of artificial gatekeeping. It's so damaging to the community IMO. The only thing I am sure of is this will fall on deaf ears.

Basically, to some of the officers, all the drama, and harassment that BBB caused with Vice is a giant joke, and none of them take it seriously. They just recently re-invited one of the harassing players back into the guild like it was no big deal.

Probably more that no one cares about anything you're saying, and I don't mean that in a negative way. People rarely use the report spam feature because you're going to leave the area soon anyways. BBB is exploiting the game no different than cheating.

You don't have to do anything to be reported for spam, that's how easy it is for people to abuse the system. Bioware really screwed up here.

On my 3rd or 4th squelching in less than a week, and let me tell you how crappy it is, especially when you're a bystander because you're new to the guild, and your guild tried to have a friendly conquest challenge with another guild, only to find out the other guild is full of people who act like children. Who cross outside the game to harass our members, who taunt us regularly because they know as much as we do that Bioware does not care. That's what it feels like anyhow after 40+ in game tickets all ignored by them, and the customer support on the phone refusing to do anything because it has to be handled by the in-game team (who they can't call because that totally makes sense /s). You'd think you'd get some level of customer support from Bioware since we do pay a sub.

First things first, this is not a post about wanting my money back, or anything like that. It’s just about making my complaint more formal I guess, and my guild recommended I put it on here because a lot of people feel this way. Secondly, there will be veiled threats in this. I paid for 6 months of game time, I’m going to use all of it, and I may or may not resub at the end depending many variables. That being said: I am really disheartened by the effectiveness of the random algorithm used for the Strategy Alliance Packs offered on the Cartel Market. I have no issues with most big MMO’s going into business of micro-transactions, or in game store using real money for aesthetics. I think this is a brilliant idea, and I am 100% behind this because I give a **** about how my character looks, and there have been times where I’d quit playing a game because my character looked so stupid, like in WoW. Since coming back to the game 3 weeks ago, I’ve bought 5 or 6 x5 packs of the Strategy Alliance Packs. Truthfully, at first they were awesome. I was getting some cool gear, some not cool stuff, some great mounts, and a cool colour crystal. Then starts the repetition and now I have 3-4 copies of the same armor sets, I have 4 of the same mounts, and I have more farmhand blue crystals than I know what to do with. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t better randomization, and randomization is the reason why I am not demanding my money back like some idiot. It’s a gamble, I get it, but your algorithm sucks. Badly. Very badly. I feel like I wasted my money after the 2nd purchase of the x5 pack. I feel cheated, and as I said before, a few people in my small guild feel the same way, and I’m sure we’re not alone. “Sell it on the GTN!” – you say, but we can’t because everyone has the same problem with the ****** algorithm, and the market is swamped with the same ****, and it’s bottom of the barrel pricing for it. I can make the same amount credits or more doing daily heroics instead.

I turned off autosub a few days ago and I'm not going to reup with this game. It's really an amalgamation of everything but what 1.2 brought for Bodyguards is going to far, in so much that they took away everything that made the class a stand out healer: Survivability and Efficiency. I was always okay with being out done with healing by a good Sorc, I was okay with being second place to them all the time because my death to life ratio was FAR better than theirs. I'm moving on to The Secret World. Mayhaps I'll see some of you there, mayhaps not! I am Alighieri on the official forums.

Same, 10-14 per match, in full BM. I still feel that this patch effectively killed my interest in this game.

Wrong, we have heavy armor for a reason, we are supposed to have unparalleled survivability but because of whiners like yourself, we were nerfed because "it's not fair." Grow up and play your character better. Better yet, go read the countless accounts of people able to kill us easy because they know how to play their character and know our weaknesses.

I agree with you and your logic, I support this post except the last part about warzones. This is exactly how I feel and think.

Wrong, you should be able to do this, its not like you're putting out great or even good DPS at the same time.

For the record, I didn't say I was going to unsub or quit my character. Merc healing is no where near as good as a Sorc heals, this is a fact. The trade off, again, is survivability. I am not complaining about this aspect. If they made no changes to our healing I'd be fine. Why wouldn't take the word of the people on the test server, they are there, they are seeing the results of our class being crushed by a nerf bulldozer.

No, their is nothing wrong with that, at all. We trade constant high number heals, an AOE heal that works and a shield that works, all of this sorcs and operatives have, for survivability and efficiency with our heat. That being said: You're being the ignorant type of optimistic, people have already reported from the Test Servers, the class is broken in pvp and will do fine in PVE with some adjustments.
