For flashpoints, unless you're a tank or healer, you're probably going to be waiting a while. 16m pug operations are put together almost every night in both factions.

Anyone know if you can clip full auto/unload like the juggernauts can clip ravage and get an extra GCD due to latency?

I did ranked on the Bastion for a while. There are one, maybe 2 guilds on this server that could compete on servers like Bastion or POT5 but would not be able to compete with the best teams. The rest of the guilds would get rolled up and smoked.
