Ya, it's an odd mechanic.. shift+click and drag. If you just shift+click, nothing happens. The drag is what triggers it. It could be implemented a lot better than it is.

Your system is pretty below par for gaming. Chipset graphics can't really handle this game so well. It's not strictly required but a discreet graphics card will do wonders.

It is supposed to be on the mission terminal in the camp leading to the temple but I also couldn't find it. Either it got removed or we were bugged in some way for it to not be offered. Did it a bunch during beta which is what most of the data on tor-head is based on.

Ya mid 30s the leveling slows considerably. It is fine the way it is.

If you registered your game code WHILE you were logged into the game, you have to log out and back in for it to send the items. They arrive via in game mail.

Each region's servers are FULL during that regions prime time... East Coast servers look inviting to West Coast during WC prime time, I imagine that's why it looks that way to you.. Swiftsurge is probably the worst for queues.. I see that one at 1:45-2:00 every time I log in.

I reported this as a bug in August. Please allow us to save and load configurations of our different toons so we don't have to do so much set up each time. Like many things the beta testers gave feedback on, it was ignored. At least for now. It became painfully obvious around October that they considered the UI done and it wasn't getting touched no matter how loud we yelled.
