I like the changes on the whole but I found that the flash when the GCD is done does seem to be a bit slower than when its actually done. I'm able to use abilities before the flash which kinda makes it on the whole useless. Making it a UI option may be for the best.

The current limit of 8 characters per server really does hold back people who want more than one of a class and would like to experience all 8 stories. Especially due to the Legacy system. Is there any plans to increase the character limit to help alleviate this?

Actually this is pretty much what they have said they plan to do. They will be making all partially moddable artifact gear fully moddable again in a future patch. They will have stuff like head armouring and chest armouring on the mods. You will also be able to pull set bonus' out of them as well.

Saw in the patch notes there were supposed to be chests with Merc commendations in them there this patch. Went today and searched but saw nothing. Did this actually go in and if so where are the chests?

I do agree, as long as you can toggle it. More options is always better and its annoying having to hit escape when my character says something that was not at all what i thought i picked.

Yes. Please please please give us some Willpower shields. At current it is very frustrating as a tank spec'd Assassin/Shadow

Artificing seems to not have any recipes available for crafting shields with Willpower on them. This seems to be something of a hole in the itemization of the crew skill as it means no one can craft an offhand for a tank spec'd Shadow or Assassin.
