Yeah, I'd basically explain it more like that, while the Republic in Episodes I - III isn't the original Republic, it has existed in some form or another for "a thousand generations", just going through several falls and revivals over the course of centuries. So, a lot of technology and knowledge could easily be lost during any of those periods.
  2. Well, I don't have a guild yet, but my friend that I play regularly with and I really love this game too. Sure, it has faults. what game doesn't? Point is, though, I'm having a blast, and I trust things will get better as we get further down the line.
  3. Exactly this. The tomb was likely meant more as a monument to Sadow rather than the actual resting place of his remains. Now, as to who the -body- is in the tomb, with a thousand years between, who can really say who that is. Point being, it's not really an oversight, and there are plenty of ways of explaining it without screaming "retcon" or claiming Bioware doesn't know what they're doing.
  4. I honestly doubt that would happen. Blizzard has three of its own IP worlds to focus on, with a fourth still in development. And, that said, I honestly like this game. A hell of a lot. But, hey, different tastes and all...
