when u purchase the satele shan holostatue in the gtn with one class for the republic it doesn't become available for all classes in the republic?

Im the milian species spelled something like that and i changed my hair style cause i felt that would enable as the republic trooper to get my helmet on and still he doesnt so whatever the problem is please fix or is it somethin im not doin?
