  1. Take what works and put it together into one great game.... what a horrible thing to do. And how dare we "Sheeple" enjoy playing a game that is fun when we could take a broken game and play the fanboy by claiming that it's the games issues that give it the character you like.
  2. Agreed but I also find that to be a major problem. Why did BW force the game to come out before it was ready? Because EA wanted them to? They should learn a thing or two from Blizzard and realize that a bad launch can destroy your game. Blizzard just delayed D3s launch based off of internal and closed beta testing. I find it hard to believe that a lot of the issues people are complaining about now weren't brought up during TOR's beta tests. But then again Blizzard actually makes their own engines so if there's a fundamental flaw with the concept of the game they can actually go in and make changes.
  3. "Play sound in background" would be nice too
  4. Because of how long it takes to put out an MMO, an MMO will never have the most up to date of up to date graphics. Furthermore because the better the graphics the fewer systems can run your game, great graphics could mean lower sales. However better scaleability on the high end would be welcome. Saying "Well most players don't run rigs that can support that kind of power" is silly. Some can so why not let them?
  5. All of them. If they were public quests I would've done them.
  6. Only white people would think this is racist.
  7. I didn't even rush and still go to 50 in under a month.
  8. Playing a Jedi Consular was nigh on impossible because of this in my mind. And because you rarely actually succeed at negotiating. The one that REALLY REALLY pissed me off was when I had succesfully negotiated the bad guys surrender then an NPC who wasn't there for the surrender speech ran in and shot the guy in the face thus initiating combat and ruining my chances for peaceful negotiations. Places where story and gameplay really don't meet well.
  9. I agree with the spirit and it's funny, but there's a faulty premise in that it's not a car.
  10. Or how about I turn my LFG flag on when I want to group and if it's off you never talk to me, ever, as in... never ever. As in if you're on fire and the only person you could talk to to save you from a horrible flaming death is me, you just your computer off and wait for the sweet embrace of nothingness.
  11. QFT Furthermore most damage meters record more than damage. Things like Damage Taken and Dispels can be very helpful. If the boss has something that needs to be dispelled and only one person is getting rid of it, acknowledging that issue and resolving it is that much easier.
  12. And one of those times you replied you should have scrolled to the bottom of the page before selecting "Submit reply" where you see a dropdown box that allows you to rate the post 1-5 and says "If you like, you can add a score for this thread."
  13. You have to post a reply to see the rate at the bottom.
  14. I'm pretty sure I said they should be able to take constructive criticism... checking checking... Hmm yup there it is. Constructive criticism.
