you're taking damage. If you're coming from playing a bounty hunter, the difference is that when you activate unload as a bounty hunter, you start doing damage immediately. So you usually take damage too late for it to interrupt your channel. As a trooper, we have a 1ish second delay between the hilariously bad animation (popping a squat) and firing our bullets. However, the mobs will still aggro you even though you haven't even done damage to them. Thus, you take damage early on, and it knocks off a second of channel time, like pushback, but for channeled abilities.

It's a tossup between who is the best healer in my guild: me, or the sage. We both roflstomp through HM FPs, and HM Ops for that matter. Make sure you're playing with super charge cells correctly: you shouldn't have a problem keeping people alive. Unless your tank is balls terrible and letting other people take aggro.

if you're gunnery: stock strike, cryo grenade, concussion charge. If you're not talking about pvp then be thankful that you have a perfect excuse to tunnel.

So, on Elara Dorn - cunning will add to her tech damage. But not her Tech Healing. Is this intentional? It seems strange, since every weapon she gets has endurance on it.

You are incorrect. it crits for 900, regular heals for 600. Even if it doesn't crit at all, that's 6000 HP that you have healed over its course for FREE, (assuming no crits) that saves 9 ammo (casting healing probe) if you're in full 136 PVE gear - that's 2/3's of your ammo bar and enough to put your ammo regen to zero - all from an instant free cast. If you don't have trauma probe up 100% of the time, you need to repent of that error.

I literally soloed every single class quest with that setup once I got Elara; except for some random one on corellia, because I was questing with a Jedi Knight that day (I only mention this for honesty's sake) - NOT because I needed help. Gunnery with Elara healing is OP for soloing - you're just doing it wrong/your Elara isn't in healing stance/ you're not CCing.

Hi - I'm a 400 Armormech. At 400 Armormech, we gain access to BOP schematics for iLVL 140 belts and bracers. I have crafted five of these belts - all without an Augment. I was content to go on wasting Mandalorian Iron and BCAs on them, but then I noticed that the same belt can be purchased from the Tier 3 vendor. Which makes me think that there will probably not ever be an Augment to be received on those pieces. (as if anyone else is actually Armormech) Has anyone successfully had an Augment spot procc on their Rakata Belts/Bracers?

Yeah, same thing happens to us. We still got through it though, it wasn't that big of a deal. we figured they made the ship not immediately go back to long range mode to compensate for his pistol shots being made tankable. That's probably not true though.

Yes - the changes to ilum are stupid and a mistake in their current implementation. Kaon is, however, the most fun I've had in this game to date. It's incredible, you should give whoever designed that place a raise. Or let him mentor whoever came up with the PvP changes for Ilum. Seriously guys, Kaon is amazing! Really shows of this game's strongsuit - social story based gaming.

I was promised companion customization stuff. On the vendor, there are two (2) companion customization items: one is for corso riggs. one is for T7. Neither of which are trooper (which is I) companions. Is this a bug or something? Or did I really waste 150 bucks on a Darth Malgus statue? I kept waiting for it to get fixed but it's been a month now and nothing has changed.
