I was killing Lord Grathan's droids for their power cells for this quest yesterday for about 20-25 minutes and cleared the entire radius where they're found about 4-5 times over and not a single power cell dropped. I had a lvl 50 grouped with me to help speed questing along and thought that, for whatever reason, this may have something to do with it. So we ungrouped and I continued about killing more droids, sometimes by myself, sometimes i'd tag the mobs first, hit em for a bit, then the 50 would finish em off. No power cells. I was still getting credit for the kills as they would drop regular garbage loot, credits, etc. but no quest items. I even reset the quest and started over but to no avail. Don't suppose anyone else has had this problem or know of any reason why the class quest items wouldn't be dropping. thanks

get a friend who has a knockback, duel him/her near the north side of the datacron vehicle, time your jump and their knockback to kick you up to the roof and enjoy your datacrons. beats the HELL out of waiting on a 56min balloon ride where you can't go afk.

probly just means your dps was good enough to have him down before he individually faced all 4 members of the group and went into his lightning phase. It's probably not intended for the encounter but sounds like a legit enough kill to me

im aware of 2 bugs with this boss. the first being the insta kills with his force lightning. the other is when he bubbles at 10% he's immune to dmg but still goes around killing everyone. the patch notes describe the latter i'm guessing and the 1-shot lightning's havent been addressed which is a PITA

you're correct w/ the AoE when HK goes invis. pops him right out and saves the insta-death

it seems underwhelming at first but it's very useful in both pvp and pve. esp when you're heat capped, an instant cast free heal that crits for decent numbers is a life saver. literally. its saved my *** in world pvp a few times already let alone tanks in flashpoints. didnt like it at first and thought the 31 point talent was phoned in, but after seein it in use, i dont think i could do without

crit is the top sub stat from my understanding for arsenal. esp since it compliments your heat efficiency since missile crits vent 8 heat (talented). Surge goes along with crit but power is never bad either. aclarity isnt worth much unless you need to be super mobile. otherwise you're stuck waiting for the gcd to finish after casts if they get below 1.5secs.

yup. ran into the same thing last night. most of the duplicates just stood there and didn't attack until the boss was dead. then they all decided to take part and beat us down

you shouldnt be using power shot as arsenal spec anyway since tracer missile is the same heat cost for more damage and debuffs the target/buffs your rail shot/shields you. power shot is, however, useful for a healer merc (such as myself) since we dont have the tracer missile option and have no other viable spammable abilities to take down mobs while our tank/companion is fine on HP. shouldnt need to be removed or changed. its just not intended for arsenal.

as a 45 bodyguard merc, Blizz is my lil buddy. Tanks like a champ and is a funny dude to have around. Mako when I'm arsenal spec'd. I see good comments on Gault and his dmg output. May try him out a lil bit if i come across gear upgrades for him. hard to beat a jawa with a rocket launcher though

quest worked fine for me. I suppose you could try running to the room where you encounter the quest itself which is in a room by the crafting trainers in the southeast corner of Kaas City. head there and see if that 'bounty hunter phase' green screen is up on the door. I have ran into some instances where the map tracker pointed me in odd directions so it could just be buggin out on ya.

i've been ganked on my bounty hunter a few times by some republic scums (they always come in groups when i'm solo! :/). aside from the group gankings, i did have an epic battle with a 45 Trooper (i was 43 and heal specc'd). he tried ganking me and we fought for a good 3 minutes or so until my Jawa companion finally finished him off. Most fun i've had in world pvp in a long time. i love my Jawa
