I play a Feral Druid in WoW, I am not too worried about how hard a class's rotation is. While I prefer not to have positional requirements, I am use to them as well. I mostly just wanted to know if I can get into a raid on those specific classes/advanced classes. Thanks for all the replies, everyone!

Mid-range isn't normally thing that is listed on classes in most rpgs, even though you are correct, for the most part. At the end of the day, I think most would view it as a Melee spec, even though it is still decently ranged.

Thank you very much for the reply. That sounds better than what I was hearing, but it sounds like it is still an issue sometimes. Merc / Mara / Assassin are just flat out easier to get a raid/dungeon slot to play as a dps spec than dps PT/Jug, correct?

I am playing on the harbinger server, and people are saying in the general chat that BH PT/ SW Jug/ Imp Agent Op are not allowed to be melee dps in dungeons, and raids. That only SI Assassins, and SW Mara will be brought to raids. That if I wanted to dps as BH, I have to be a Merc specced BH. Is this true? If so, I have not seen this amount of class limitations in PvE content since WoW the Burning Crusade.

I am surprised to see all of the replies. I noticed as well that the West Coast servers seem to stay populated most of the time, compared to the Est Coast ones. I wonder why. I might have to look into them. I'd hate to jump to a realm with a 3 hour difference though. ><

Howdy, I have been hopping servers for the last month with my girlfriend. We keep jumping from server to server, only to find that the Republic is VASTLY outnumbered by the Sith. I am fully aware that the Sith are the largest portion of the population. (Which I Completely blame Bioware for. Just goes back to Pebbles vs. Lightning Cool Factor.) Does anyone know of a largly populated Est realm, with mostly, or atleast a Large amount of Republic on it? Thanks.

You make me sick. The man spent time from his morning to calmly stress his opinion, which is what Bioware asked of him. He didn't spit upon the game, or the company. He, like many other people have began to notice problems in the game that just aren't acceptable. If you like the game, then that is great. You can NOT deny that there is issues, but I do not think that the game is doomed for failure. Over time, if they keep making changes, it could work out well. There was simply just too much time and money spent on Story and VA, rather than content/UI/etc. To the guy who I personally quoted. Grow up. You can not hate the man for having an opinion.

We are actually Nothing like rogues, outside of having Stealth. That would be the Smug/Ops that are the Rogues. I do agree though, OP is foolish.

He is right about the 2nd complaint. I will give him that. Death From Above vs. Mortar Strike. Full Auto vs. Unload. Trooper's big abilities like those have a pause before the attack. While BH's just start going.

You are aware that Bioware and Most of us all agree that the Advanced Classes are...you know...CLASSES. Not Specs, Right? Because a Jedi Shadow is Not a Jedi Sage. They simply are Two Completely Different Things. You are not going to be able to switch Classes. It's just that simple. Sorry, but no.
