  1. My server (Harbinger) is difficult to get on during peek hours. My game time is limited with a full time job, wife and two kids. When I finally do get online sometimes the server crashes then my game time is greatly reduced. I know you can not expect compensation for every inconvenience in life. I like Star Wars, and I like MMO's and hope that BW will not chase away its customer base with poor service. I was thinking that a little compensation might make people a little less likely to leave, due to the unfortunate inconveniences in this wonderful game.
  2. How about customer satisfaction.. why should people pay for something they are not satisfied with? If I quit paying/playing and everyone else does too, how long will SWTOR be online? I don't think double xp is a bad compensation for my troubles? If a restaurant serves you bad food, to keep their customers happy don't they comp them somehow?
  3. As a paying customer, I feel that my limited playing time should be compensated some how. I understand that monetary gain in real life or the game life would upset the delicate economy, so how about double XP? Give the players something like 5 minutes double XP for every minute they are queued and a couple hours every time the server crashes. Many of us have a limited amount of time in our day that we can afford to just relax and play our favorite Star Wars game, so how about a little compensation for our inconvenience?
  4. giving out currency could be more difficult for Bioware to coordinate, but double/triple XP for a few hours doesn't hurt anyone.. and could actually get people to cheer when we have a crash instead of whine and complain.
  5. I suggest that when these unfortunate crashes occur, the players are compensated for our inconvenience... How about DOUBLE XP for 2-3 hours? We all know computers crash when stressed, but how about something to make up for it?
