  1. Hey all, I'm a returning player that hasn't played since launch. Unfortunately I never really got into the game. Since WoW was my MMO of choice at the time I came into SWTOR with the same playstyle; I would skip all the dialogue, pick up all the quests, then just go kill stuff. Only ever got a Trooper up to Act 3 and Agent up to Act 2 I think. However after watching Rogue One, and subsequently watching Episodes I-VII in chronological order I fancy playing again for a while just to really get into the class stories. I'd really appreciate it if someone could summarise the playstyles for each Advanced Class Discipline though. I hate the idea of spending several hours on a character only to realise the rotation isn't fun. If possible, using comparisons to WoW specs would be useful (although I haven't played for about 2 years so any Legion changes will be lost on me) but any info at all will help. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to post!

  3. Inviting someone presents them with the choice to accept or decline. That is asking.
  4. I'm not making a Jedi Knight until Nautolans are in the game. Make it happen!
  5. Simple: Once you have advanced a certain class to level 10 all future characters you make (across all servers) of that class start at level 10 on the fleet. Like in WoW once you have a level 55 you can make a Death Knight on any realm.
  6. What was so important that it couldn't wait until the already scheduled 8 HOUR maintenance?
  7. Whatever the maximum number of characters per account is should be how many characters you can create on a single server. Having 5 characters each on 10 servers is no different data usage-wise than having 50 characters on 1 server. I like having all of my characters in the same place so I can play with the same people and send items and money across my characters when needed. Eight isn't enough. Especially without dual spec.
  8. Early WoW isn't on the market. Compare TOR to established WoW.
  9. I played Horde in WoW and Empire in TOR. Does that mean I'm okay?
  10. Damage reduction and stun reduction? I hope the stun doesn't automatically fill the resolve bar now then. Otherwise the class is done for.
  11. The latter. Edited the conclusive paragraph for clarity.
  12. I have found that when it comes to crafting skills often I have to backpedal to pick up extra mats. For example: I may have enough Grade 4 and 3 supplies but the particular thing I need to make also requires Grade 2 items. No problem. So I send my companions off to pick up some Grade 2 items and when they come back I accept their offerings. Only I want to send them on the mission again. I have to open the crew skills window, select a drop down, and then find the correct mission from a list. Most of the time this isn't a problem. However, I tend to focus on crew skills when I have no combat use for my companions i.e. when in Warzones, Flashpoints, etc; times when you don't have the time to faff about with menus. That is why I would like a 'Repeat Mission' button so that when the mission successful pop-up appears you can send your companion off to do the same mission with the click of a button. Post your reactions.
