Shadowlands I believe is actually more populated than Jedi Covenant by a small margin. http://www.torstatus.net/ This is website to check population of different servers. The latency your seeing on Harbinger seems to be out of the norm and makes me wonder if it wasn't a fluke such as a problem with your internet at the time. I usually see on average 70-100 ms on Harbinger and 35-50 on Jedi Covenant playing from Michigan

Servers were never at there peak potential as far as population so they never increase population cap because they opened to many servers to start with now after a q&a they mentioned larger servers and than someone on the forums made up the super servers fiasco now bioware is making it up as they go

making the servers larger does not = super servers

Bioware really needs to just say something about super servers at all before people get there hopes up about something that may or may not mean what the players think.

They are adding expertise to enhancments and any modified gear will not update when 1.2 goes live i believe. please correct me if im wrong.
