  1. yeah, it really depends on the level range. If your tank has enough moves to regain threat if it should come to that or your healer has enough healing to keep everyone alive it should be fine. But at lower levels it can be very hard on both the tank and the healer.
  2. Exactly... I bet all you "he's so easy" people will be crying when they fix the bug allowing him to be pulled out of the room.
  3. ran into this today too... healing aggro makes staying alive as a healer rough. As soon as the adds spawn they all focus fire on me. And the tank can only seem to pull one group since they're spread out like they are. (and by that point I've already been wrecked by the turrets.) I don't know when the droids spawn but it's hella fast. We just managed to get the turrets down before he spawned droids and every time all the droids would die another wave would instantly spawn. I might have managed if I'd waited to run it at like 38 like the rest of my party but still I shouldn't pull highest threat on adds instantly. *AND* avoiding fight mechanics by pulling him out of the room is cheap and will be fixed.
  4. I think people just ***** on forums to feel like their voices matter. Spoiler alert: Noone cares if you cancel your pre-order or not. You're just a tiny drop in a big bucket both on these forums and in RL. I'm done talking with children...
  5. the main problem is the logic of quitting a game he hasn't played because they didn't let him play it during the first waves. I can't be first in line... so I'm leaving the line?
  6. grow up and learn that you're not the center of the universe...
  7. ah sorry for sorta attacking you... this whole business is just silly. I've been waiting for years to play this game and people are just going to QQ and leave because what?!? they didn't get in on day -7 of launch? I can easily wait a week to get a stable playable experience.
  8. yes, because I'm mature enough to understand that I can't always get what I want. It's what's best for the community as a whole. Imagine how angry you'd be if they told you that you'd be able to play tomorrow but they found they'd over booked it so now you have to wait until thursday. Vs, Oh I guess I didn't get in today... I'll check back tomorrow.
  9. Well you shouldn't watch any tv... I'd hate for you to get "miss led" by any other ads. It's not like this isn't common practice. You should learn to appreciate that you have the chance to play for free before the release date.
  10. what's false about UP TO 5 days? Can I claim false advertising when I play the lotto and lose because it said "few will win"? Learn to Read and quit assuming...
  11. problem is they don't KNOW when you'll get in. They may have an idea but if they're wrong people will be flipping out over that. The best course of action is to give as little information as they can get away with. That way noone is expecting anything.
  12. This is why BW did this... they wanted to weed out this ^^^ and OP. It's a brilliant strategy. Then all you're left with is the mature group who don't fly off the handle every time something happens. Thus, the community will be much stronger.
  13. Exactly, what happens when you have to work late one night? Everyone just going to keep leveling without you? That sounds like you need better friends...
  14. actually this is day -7 I'm hoping to be in by day -5
  15. You realize they've probably already put in as many people as rift had by launch. And tomorrow they'll have as many as rift had at it's peak. I played Rift at launch and it was chaos and poorly organized. Complete with server crashes and unplayable lag spikes.
