The closer you get to 50% gained from Surge, the more Surge it takes to get a %, never above 50% though. Talents that increase your critical damage does not count against this.

Why is there no Rakata items with this item mod? Why is Rakata filled with either crit/accuracy or crit/alacrity on all the main pieces? Alacrity is totally and utterly garbage yet it's still on every single healing piece with mods... Why force people to strip their Columi mods and put them into their Rakata gear?
